After complaints by neighbours, I was hoping "Bro's" barking would improve. Not only have barking nearly stopped completely, I can now walk my dog when previously I couldn't as he actually pulled my arm out of it's socket. He was so out of control!

Faith was very effective, controlling our dog and communicated the technique to us in an 'easy to understand' way. She made sure she had spent enough time with us that we were confident enough to continue the training with our dog.
