I can't thank Emma enough for her intervention in regard to my dog Zues. He was so terribly frightened after a move to a new home with new people. After her visits and instructions I have a happy non-aggressive dog who loves the affection and attention he gets from the very person he was so frightened of. He has a wonderful life here now. Ken was absolutely phenomenal in assisting training my dog. His patience with us and storm were extremely appreciated and his knowledge is unparalleled. Ken isn't the average dog trainer, he specialises in teaching the dog respect for the household and the people inside it with many approaches. Ken was a joy to work with and has taught us so much in only a few weeks. Ken has effectively helped us control our dog storm on walks and has educated us on how to manage her separation anxiety and aggression. I can honestly say making an investment into ken and bark busters was worth every cent and I would recommend him and the company for any issues you're having with your dog.

Ken was able to do a follow up lesson with one of our dogs in particular with his nuciance barking. Harley is severely anxious and has separation anxiety he has also been on a number of different medications for it. Ken went through our old training techniques with us and also showed us some new tricks. In a 20 minute session Harley completely stopped barking when the doorbell rang. These reaults make me hopeful that with persistent training and regaining my strong leadership that he will over time settle down and feel less anxious and hopefully reduce his medications in the long term. Ken has made it clear he is always available for follow up questions and training, I was unsure how true the Bark Busters Guarantee really was when i first joined years ago but Ken demonstrates that no member of the Bark Busters Club will ever be left without help. I would highly recommend Bark Busters and if you're in the sydney area Ken is a knowledgeable and understanding trainer always willing to help.

Ken was brilliant to work with. He asked many questions and provided us with the tools and understanding to effectively train Zelda. This worked. In one day Zelda was a new dog and she is getting even better day by day. Ken was extremely accommodating and managed to work with us over Video Call. We were recommended Bark busters from a family friend. I would highly recommend Ken to any new or experienced dog owner.

He saw the relationship between myself and Maverick and took immediate measures to restore the balance. He has an excellent disposition which makes him personable and has given me the right tools and guidance to train Maverick. It's not easy..but Ken is always available for support. I’m really happy with the outcome of Kens training. After 2 visits from Ken, we’ve noticed Kobe is a lot calmer and less stressed when leaving him in his own.

Ken was amazing with our dog who responded immediately to his training. He was calm and measured in his approach whilst retraining the humans as well as the dog. He checks back on understanding and intervenes in a helpful and sensitive way when observing less than helpful behaviours. He has restored our confidence that we may actually be able to deal with our problem barker.
