Philips explanations of why Koa was doing what had become an issue for me, was great. On a rate of 10 I was amazed at the noticeable different in Koa's behaviour in our first session. The training is very easy to follow and it was about training me to understand how to communicate with Koa in a language understood by dogs. Lots of fun.

The training process was really easy to follow. Max improved almost immediately.

Glen came out to us on Easter Sunday and took us throughly through everything connected to our 9 month old lab puppy's training - including things like diet and how this impacted her behaviour . We immediately saw the impact of Glen's method, and really like the fact the training is done without using treats as rewards but rather just establishing ourselves our the dominant. We are seeing improvements and look forward to continuing to work with Glen.

I do not recall the date of Pongo's first lesson with Peter but he was AMAZING!! He was so respectful of Pongo who is an extremely anxious dog. Meeting Peter was a non event for Pongo. He listened to Peter (who clearly has great rapport with animals) and was very teachable for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The explanations explained to help me understand Ruby's behaviour and how she perceived things as a dog made perfect sense and were easily understood and put into practice. It was both interesting and enjoyable and I saw Ruby's behaviours like jumping barking toileting and coming when called all addressed. Looking forward to meeting again with Philip to see Ruby and myself at our next scheduled appointment.

Cat was so great, we learnt so many things about dogs that we didn't know and had taught us so many skills. Our dog is already improved and we couldn't be happier with the service. We are recommending to all our friends

Catharina spent so much time with us to thoroughly cover all areas of concern with our dog, Rico. She made sure my partner and I were both on the same page and walked us through everything, at our own pace. I was super impressed with her knowledge of all things dog, and have taken on board all she said. She was in no way pushy or overpowering. And last but not least the lifetime guarantee is awesome.

Catharina was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were super surprised how quickly Bruce reponded to the techniques she showed us and already see a difference in his behaviour. Really looking forward to seeing bigger and better changes over time all thanks to Catharina. Love the flexibility as well!

I first contacted BarkBusters when I was living in Fremantle, W.A and my Australian Shepherd, Olive, was 8 months old. Heather was a wonderful teacher, very thorough and enthusiastic. It is clear she really cares deeply about what she does. We then unexpectedly moved to Victoria, and with such a big move and Olive's continuing growth, a new set of challenges arose. It was no trouble to transfer to our new local trainer, Stefanie- just one quick phone call and three days later we were back at work! Stefanie too is an incredible trainer, she explains techniques clearly and is very adaptable when things aren't working. She always has creative and practical tools for Olive and I and won't leave our home until one of us is exhausted!
