Glen was amazing with all 3 dogs and made both myself and my daughter comfortable throughout the whole session. The techniques were easy to understand and achieve the best results. All 3 dogs were amazing, with not pulling and, after 2 corrections on barking, they had not barked since. We had a great time learning the correct techniques and while we enjoyed the training, we had fun.

The training that we did on Monday has been very helpful. Monty is still a bit challenging with his learning. He is still a bit nervous but Samson is coming along just fine. I can get him to stay and walk away from him for some time now and he will wait until I go back to him. They are both walking well on the lead we had 1 night off training them walking because of the rain but other than that they seem to be responding to what we have been doing. I found Hugh's manner very compassionate and he explained how we can address our dogs behaviour in a non judgemental and easy to understand way. He was very patient with us and gave us back the confidence that we can address these behaviours in Sophie with consistent training and practice that is managable, given our busy lifestyles, between both of us working, managing the house and looking after our young children. He also gave us some suggestions on various tools to use to monitor our dogs behaviour when we are out of the house, which we are yet to use but will put in place soon.

Our Beagle puppy Fenway would constantly cry at night and not sleep. She would jump on people and nip a lot ! She would run out the front door as soon as it opened too. Grace also addressed toileting and walking on a lead which were also a big help. The training was really good, thorough and very informative, we learned a lot.

Fantastic. Thank you so much for giving us the tools to feel in control, and go back to enjoying our two girl pugs. We weren't sure what to do, and Grace gave us the confidence and supported us though the whole process. I couldn't recommend bark busters, and Grace highly enough. The life time service has already paid off as we have had to call Grace back to the house as we transitioned to the new behaviours- we even spoke via text. And, we have the reassurance knowing that if something goes wrong we have an expert there ready to help.

We found Stefanie great and she really helped put our minds at ease on whether we were doing the right things. Her training technique has worked really well with our pooch and looking forward to the next training step with her.

The one on one training was invaluable. The attention to detail in terms of recognizing Teddy's behaviour/personality was immediate. He was barking incessantly as soon as he was placed outside the house with constant scratching at the door. Within 10 minutes Jane not only got Teddy to stop this behaviour but also trained me to train my puppy with positive reinforcement and letting Teddy know when his behaviour was not appropriate through changing my tone of voice, body language and timing of commands. Teddy is a husky and these breeds are notorious for being highly intelligent but stubborn at the same time. Jane's training session ensured that he learnt to behave both at home and in public (eg: when walking him on the lead). I have already recommended bark-busters to my friends and can't praise Jane highly enough. Sessions were regular; And every single session was successful - amazing value for money! Who needs puppy school when the training can happen at the comfort of your own home! Thank you Jane for making my Teddy even more special than he already was :)

The training is very effective and has been amazing. My partner and I have had many dogs over our lifetimes and never thought twice about training, that is until we brought ourselves a red cattle dog and soon came to realise we were in big trouble unless we got her trained. Bark Busters has taught us basic yet simple training techniques, that have made a dramatic positive change in our day to day home life with our fur-babies. And it's only been a week!!! :)

We are very happy with Stefanie and the progress we have made with Lupo. Walking him is becoming a lot more easier and he responds well to all exercises we set him. Stefanie is always there to help and is always following up up.

Hugh is amazing with our girl Miley. Instantly we knew we had picked the right trainer for her (or us haha) and he gave us the confidence to realise that we can help her fix the issues that we are having. Its great to work with someone who has so much knowledge and passion for dogs.

Peter helped right from the very first visit with my problem getting her attention and showed me valuable tools to help with her fear of other dogs. Her confidence is gaining and a joy to see. I recently boarded her and the kennel said it was a joy to see her blossom each day with the other doggie pals she made.
