Hi, i can't believe my eyes as only after one session with Ken our dog Billy is doing exactly as he is told! Billy used to pull terribly on the lead but after Ken's professional and caring advice,Billy is a pleasure to walk with, thank you Ken and to Bark Busters!

Ken has been great with Rocco and great with helping us manage some of our beloved puppie's more difficult behaviours. We're still not there yet and the return visits have been improving him each time. The training with Ken was great! He gave us so many easy, practical tools to help improve Harley's behaviour. And we noticed a difference very quickly!

Ken has been amazing throughout the whole process. We were really worried about the whole process and Ken has been a huge help in correcting our dogs behaviour. He has made us feel very comfortable, especially as this is new to us. He has made a huge effort to accomodate our busy schedule and also to continually check up on the progress of the training. Ken came to us on a Sunday afternoon to assist us with Archie's barking, aggression and general disregard for rules. We had spent 3.5 years stressed, anxious and frustrated by Archie's behavior and moving into a new living situation where we had to finally address his barking, saw us seeking the help of Bark Busters after another dachshund owner told me the cost was beyond worth the result. Ken was patient, considerate, strict, and the fact of the matter with us. He was gentle in ensuring we didn't feel bad for what we had let slip with Archie's behavior but instead understood it from how we could improve it and rectify in future to ensure both Archie and we were happier, calmer and more relaxed. He explained things so that we understood and then took the time to guide us through the necessary training and ensure we had it down pat before leaving. He followed up with a text message and was flexible in his arrangments to come back. I can not recommend BB enough, prior to this I was considering rehoming Archie (don't tell him!), however now we have a dog who is calm, relaxed, happy and most of all, can just be a dog as he understands that we are the bosses of the house and all he has to do is cuddle us! It is such a small investment in the long life of a happy home, for all.

I found Ken's short time with my dog and I very useful. He communicated clearly to me & my dog with keywords for Bodi & explanations for me. I feel that with regular use of what he showed me that I can make good progress with my dog. Such progress has never been easy for me, in her particular case as she is an above-difficulty dog in my experience, in fact, the most difficult dog I have ever owned. This is due to her hyper-excitability and streak of aggression mixed in with her considerable good social skills, which can and have suddenly changed at numerous times. Overall, my time with Ken was very helpful for me. He does a very good job of showing, teaching and explaining.

Very helpful. Ken assisted us to understand better of our dog's behaviour; why she does that, and the signs of behavour and so on. Definitely I see improvement from our dog. She never made accidents at home afrer training, and less bark when she is at home alone.
