So far so good. Ken was great in clearly explaining all of Ben's different behaviours, with strategies on how to address each of them. The supplied homework is comprehensive, and even after 3 days Ben's behaviour has vastly improved. His barking when anyone would come to the door has already subsided, and he's really understanding what we want from him. My only regret is not having done this sooner, as it's improved all of our lives.

We have had two sessions now with Ken and he has been absolutely excellent. He has an amazing rapport with Henry who responds totally to Ken and does everything asked of him. We are still learning to try to copy Ken's techniques with Henry but I know it is up to us practising on a regular basis as to how successful we are. However, with Ken's help I am sure we will get there. I can't rate Ken highly enough as a trainer.

We only did the first meeting for 2hrs with 2 French bulldogs for whom we miserably failed their training in the past. Ken was very clear and helpful on the different actions we were to take. His explanations were adapted to each situation and he answered all our questions. We are at the beginning of our journey and we will need Ken for more sessions but already we have seen a lot of improvement in our dogs' behaviour. We try to stick to the exercise schedule sent over by email and remain as consistent as possible. Ken also told us that we could send him a message at any time, which is reassuring when you don't remember an action or face a different situation. The material given is greatly appreciated and even if it was the first time we heard of such a method, it is full of common sense. It is of very good value as the sessions are unlimited and you can even call Ken or another trainer when you move area, if you need a refresher after one year, Ken told us. Again, we only had one session so far but we look forward to having the next one.
