Murphy, the stunning 6 month old Golden Retriever, was pushing the boundaries & with a newborn baby at home it was time to get him on the right track, so his family called Bark Busters for help. During our first session we covered: - Recall - Answering the front door - Pulling on the lead - Jumping - Barking - Digging - Stealing things - Pestering for food - Boundary control around the kitchen & bedrooms Murphy and his family did a great job & we saw a huge transformation in his behaviour. Looking forward to seeing his continued progress and having him join us at our park sessions too.

We would highly recommend Bark Busters! Our miniature bulldog Glen was completely out of control as were the humans at this point. Emma was just brilliant from the moment she walked through the gate. The change in Glen has been instant with the very easy techniques she has taught us. He is just so calm and now actually listens. The ongoing training and support are a fantastic advantage.??

- C.K, Port Kennedy, Western Australia (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Emma
Like his mum says, Glen was out of control when they called for help. He was ruling the house & everyone in it, and his behaviour was going from bad to worse. However, what may have seemed like an impossible task, to turn his behaviour around, started in the very first session. Glen was extremely aggressive towards visitors arriving at the house, so once we had passed that hurdle we sat down and wrote a list of issues which included: - Visitors Arriving - Family members leaving - Barking - Crying - Jumping - Aggression over possessions - Separation Anxiety - Rushing through doorways - Pulling on the lead - Refusing to get off people's beds when told & reacting aggressively - Not coming when called - Not sitting or staying when told - Stealing things - Nipping and mouthing - Chewing - Behaviour & Safety around the swimming pool Glen's list was comprehensive, but his family were committed to making the change for them as much as for Glen, so we set to work. By the end of the session we had seen a massive turn around in Glen's behaviour & his family had a training plan to work to. At our follow up session a few weeks later Glen was like a different dog, his family still had a bit of work to do, but he was 1000x better than the first time I arrived. They had done such an amazing job our main focus for this session was recall with distractions, and pool safety with behaviour in and out of the pool. Fantastic work guys. :)

Absolutely brilliant Jett is much calmer and relaxed which is so good for him. Training was simple and they really understand what was best for Jett first and foremost then what we were doing wrong.

- P.Y, Falcon, Western Australia (Testimonial)

Jett’s mum originally called Bark Busters due to complaints from neighbours, & the ranger being in touch, regarding his barking. Willow is a 3 year old American Bulldog x Boxer x Mastiff, who due to a change in family circumstances had found herself moving into a new home with another dog & where there are often children - both new experiences for her. Worried about Willow's aggressive behaviour towards other dogs Willow's mum called Bark Busters to help manage this new situation. During our first session we worked on gaining Willow's focus and having her calm & relaxed around the other dog. We also addressed: - Barking - Jumping - Pulling on the lead - Recall - Sit & Stay - Dog reactivity whilst walking - Behaviour around doorways - Going to her bed when told - Behaviour around children Willow's mum did a great job & we saw an immediate improvement in Willow's behaviour.

Amazing! Just one session with Emma has already given us instant results at home! I couldn’t recommend Emma and the bark busters team enough for giving us the help to bring our dog back to a beautiful and well mannered part of the family

Trainer note from Emma
Ollie is a stunning 4 year old Swiss Shepherd, and his mum initially called Bark Busters to help with his dog reactive behaviour. Unfortunately Ollie had been attacked by other dogs numerous times whilst he was growing up & this had left him with quite severe dog reactivity. To help Ollie to get over his fear of being attacked and be able to relax, we showed his mum how to take the lead and show Ollie that she was in charge and would protect him. We also dealt with Ollie's pulling on the lead & not coming when called, and his attention seeking behaviour & behaviour around the front door too. :) Ollie's mum did a great job & with her consistency & Bark Busters support Ollie will continue to improve.

Ella the 6 month old American Bulldog x American Staffy was up to no good, and as she was already growing into a BIG girl her family knew it was time for help, so they called Bark Busters. Her mum's biggest concern was Ella's dominant and sometimes aggressive behaviour towards her 5 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu brother. During our first session along with her behaviour towards her brother we dealt with: - Barking - Jumping - Pulling on the lead - Answering the front door - Destructive behaviour - Recall - Visitors arriving - Recall We saw an instant turn around in Ella's behaviour & I cannot wait to see her continue to progress. :)

Emma is AMAZING! We asked her to help us with solutions for walking our 4 month puppy Steve, as he was very fearful of and reactive to other dogs. What we didn’t realise, is that she would help us with so much more! Not only is Steve now an absolute pleasure to take for walks, his compliance with basic commands has improved drastically. He sits, stays, waits for food, doesn’t barge through doors without being invited in, he is more relaxed when visitors come over, doesn’t jump up on people, and the play fighting and food aggression towards our other dog has also greatly reduced. Using the simple but highly effective strategies that Emma taught us means that we are confident and in control. We have successfully taken him to meet and play with other dogs without incident. Having Emma share her magic with us was truly life-changing for us all. We love our beautiful boy even more than we thought possible. Thank you Emma, we are so appreciative of everything you have done for our family.

Thanks Michelle. Django, the 17m old Red Heeler, and Summer, the 5 year old Mastiff x Cattle dog, have recently moved from a cattle station to suburbia & their behaviour needed to be brought into line. Between them they had a list of problems: - Barking - Jumping - Pulling on the lead - Recall - Mouthing - Hyperactive behaviour - Rushing to/through the front door - Pestering for attention Django was also very possessive with toys & food, and Summer was suffering with anxiety, she was storm fearful & fearful of men, particularly in hats. Their mum did an awesome job & we saw improvements with both dogs straight away. Looking forward to seeing their continued progress & having them at our park sessions soon.

An amazing experience. I never thought tucka my dog would learn things just on the first session. So over the moon with this thank you so much.

- B.M, Waikiki, Western Australia (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Emma
Thanks Brianna. Tucka is a gorgeous 3 year old Staffy x Pitbull, but his behaviour didn't match his good looks. His aggression towards visitors meant that his mum was EXTREMELY worried about people coming to the house, and his aggression towards people & dogs on the street was so bad that he really wasn't being walked. Along with his aggression Tucka was also causing trouble with: - Barking - Jumping - Mouthing - Not coming when called - Separation anxiety - Sneaking onto the sofa Tucka & his mum did an awesome job during their first session, and within a couple of hours Tucka was calm and relaxed inside the house and listening to his mum. Keep up the great work. :)

We have worked on: - Jumping - Biting - Growling - Walking on the lead - Grabbing at feet & biting slippers - Answering the front door - Chewing - Toileting - Using the doggy door - Separation anxiety - Behaviour in the car - General puppy handling Looking forward to seeing this girl at our park session where we can continue her training with lots of distractions. Keep up the great work. :)
