Murphy, the stunning 6 month old Golden Retriever, was pushing the boundaries & with a newborn baby at home it was time to get him on the right track, so his family called Bark Busters for help. During our first session we covered: - Recall - Answering the front door - Pulling on the lead - Jumping - Barking - Digging - Stealing things - Pestering for food - Boundary control around the kitchen & bedrooms Murphy and his family did a great job & we saw a huge transformation in his behaviour. Looking forward to seeing his continued progress and having him join us at our park sessions too.

Like his mum says, Glen was out of control when they called for help. He was ruling the house & everyone in it, and his behaviour was going from bad to worse. However, what may have seemed like an impossible task, to turn his behaviour around, started in the very first session. Glen was extremely aggressive towards visitors arriving at the house, so once we had passed that hurdle we sat down and wrote a list of issues which included: - Visitors Arriving - Family members leaving - Barking - Crying - Jumping - Aggression over possessions - Separation Anxiety - Rushing through doorways - Pulling on the lead - Refusing to get off people's beds when told & reacting aggressively - Not coming when called - Not sitting or staying when told - Stealing things - Nipping and mouthing - Chewing - Behaviour & Safety around the swimming pool Glen's list was comprehensive, but his family were committed to making the change for them as much as for Glen, so we set to work. By the end of the session we had seen a massive turn around in Glen's behaviour & his family had a training plan to work to. At our follow up session a few weeks later Glen was like a different dog, his family still had a bit of work to do, but he was 1000x better than the first time I arrived. They had done such an amazing job our main focus for this session was recall with distractions, and pool safety with behaviour in and out of the pool. Fantastic work guys. :)

Jett is a 20 month old Blue Heeler x Kelpie, who had been up to no good for a while. Jett’s mum originally called Bark Busters due to complaints from neighbours, & the ranger being in touch, regarding his barking. During Jett’s first speak dog session we worked on his severe separation anxiety along with addressing: - Barking - Jumping - Pulling on the lead - Putting him outside - Sit & Stay - Recall - Excessive sniffing on walks - Jumping at the door - Answering the front door -[ Digging & chewing - Stealing slippers & socks Jett’s family did a great job & we saw big improvements in Jett straight away. Keep up the great work guys.
