It was a pleasure working with you Lillian and Jack as well. You seemed to have harnessed our time together in achieving our goals in a quite short amount time. Bark Busters will always be here for you. All dog packs require a leader, and that you are in your pack. And when we establish that leadership then the rest of the pack can feel secure in knowing that their leader is to be trusted, hence manifesting a sense of security around the home for both human and canine. In the end it's not really about the size of the dog but the size of the leadership on show for the dog. Thank you Lillian.

Jakob was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were very stressed before Jakob helped us. Now our 8-month-old puppy is calm and listens to us. We are now more relaxed and able to enjoy time with our puppy.

In some cases there are issues that can effect a dogs behaviour which is not directly linked to the environment at home but rather an external situation. I believe this is one such case. However we are always learning and Arlo is still learning considering his young age. You demonstrated great leadership skills when I arrived and in our time together, we just had to iron out a few minor issues and that we will continue to work on moving forward. You have a wonderful puppy there and a wonderful family and I can only see a bright future for Arlo encapsulated in the love and care that he receives from you all! From the moment Jakob entered the house I knew I had made the right decision. We have a two and a half year old female dobermann who has experienced a few changes in her short life, my husband returning to work and has become so very close to me, every one knows this breed are Velcro dogs!!!
I acknowledged to Jakob during our comprehensive discussion prior to his visit that she has become boss, and in part have overcomromised and allowed this to happen.
Well it's been only 6 days since his visit and we're diligently working with her, speaking her language, and what a notable difference 6 days make! OMGAs Jakob continues to reassure me, we're taking those baby steps.
I would absolutely recommend
Jakob in guiding you and your muck loved fur baby to have the best relationship ever

However I believe that we both feel that it was warranted and required as all dogs are different, just as humans are. Each case has its own merits and that is where the work begins. As I tell all my clients - there is no magic here - and I could not do the work without you - especially after I leave our first lesson together. As you say - there is still work to be done - for Grace to be the canine companion she was born to be in your pack/family. Baby steps!!! Very good intro and teaching us owners how to train Lillie. Still need to work on the main issue which Is causing all of us distress. Right now I would recommend Jakob as he connects very deep into us and Lillie.

I knew this would not be easy fix, and visiting a few more times, to work on her anxiety. I'm glad to hear that Lillie is coming along and doing well. I'm happy that the distress has dissipated for both you of you and Lillie. That was always the goal. Thank you both so much for entrusting your loved one with Bark Busters Australia. I would also like to extend my gratefulness for the hospitality that you afforded myself when I came to work with you all over the months. Nicole. Thanks so much for all your love. It is a method. A natural method. It's not always easy to remember everything cause it is a lot in one just one session. As i like to say - consistency and persistency will overcome resistency. In fact - it might be a new method for us humans but for our canine companions it is natural. Once we can understand this - and incorporate it into our lives - nature will come into fruition from one species to another. Look forward to working with your beautiful family as we move forward. Thank You all for being great listeners and very quick learners. Thank You for thinking outside the box in that you sorted professional guidance. Thank You for choosing Barkbusters Australia. It was all about going back to nature - how Cookie's mother related and communicated with Cookie when he was just a pup. This communication is lost for every dog that comes into a human home. The art of communication is lost. We just needed to re-introduce that lost language - where we can start the communication process over again. This serves Cookie very well - in that in his brain there is a recall of what seemed a lost art from the canine family to the human family. And from that point on - it is all natural again. My wife and l were very pleased with our first session with Jakob. The tips and techniques he taught us have been invaluable in teaching Buffy....and us, where everyone in the pack should be and what is acceptable behaviour. I am very pleased that you were both very patient with myself. The techniques, the tips, the knowledge, are natural. My favourite part is that we work together for the lifetime of Buffy. All dogs are different. Buffy has had a tumultuous start to life. Abandoned at a shelter, for the owners did not want to deal with Buffy cause they could not communicate with him/ or did not want to have him for one reason or another. It really breaks one's heart. I am very happy and pleased that you Chris and Marie gave this soul a loving home. Now I give you my life time service for your pack. I feel it's more than just a one of thing - one of lesson. The bottom line is to relieve Karma of all leadership duties so that she can focus on being a dog without stress, without fear, without anxiety. I have so much confidence in you both as leaders to lead the way in her life moving forward. I left with confidence knowing that she is in your hands. We will work on problems, nuances, behaviours that may arise, we will do it in increments, baby steps, whatever it takes. Rest assured Barkbusters will be here for you - because in reality - it is more than training - it is behaviour - it is what Karma was meant to do, meant to be, a happy dog in a safe environment. I believe this is the reason Karma is in your life. More importantly I am so grateful that you took Karma into your pack/family when no one else would. You gave her a home - you give her love, you took her off the streets. This is who Barkbusters are - this is what we are about. After just one session Nala is already a much better behaved dog, she’s less reactive to hearing dogs in the neighborhood and not charging past me through doorways, she’s les anxious when I leave the room as well. Very happy with her progress so far and anticipating her getting even better outside the house after the future sessions. Excellent trainer, with great knowledge and patience to support both dog and humans through training.

I look forward to our next lesson with Nala and yourself outside - on the streets - where we can both teach Nala that she is safe on the streets - that she is in good hands - that you have her back and not the other way around - (she does - just not required by and large - afterall she is a Rottweiler. It was obvious to myself that you have been around dogs all your life - you knew what you were talking about - you made my role that much easier. I don't pretend to know it all - and I'm glad that I don't cause there is so much to learn out there, and trust me when I say, I learnt a thing or 2 from yourself in your field being a Science graduate and how it relates to Nala and beyond. Thanks for trusting Barkbusters with your family - you now have our lifetime support with Nala - we are in this together from this day on. We are here to help families such as yourself to have an easier life if you will - cause life is tough - its not easy - so one less burden can go a long way. Not only that - Nala will never have to be rehomed or put down because of her behaviour. You made sure of that Lisa. Jakob was excellent and has taught me so many valuable skills. The dogs have really responded to his training and we are all so much happier and the dogs are so much more settled.

And the flip side to this adventure in the blue and green of the mountains - was Kate. She took in 2 stray canines - Cocker Spaniels to be sure. In a very short amount of time in the time we spent together musing over Pepper and Dash - I realized that you Kate had done most of the work before I even arrived. It was the fining tuning that we recalibrated. In saying that - Dash and Pepper responded to you in fact - we both contributed in expediting the process if you will, utilizing the Bark Busters Method. A unique program that I wish I knew when I was a young kid with my first puppy. But that's life - a journey. You were excellent Kate - you did the work. You saved these two souls - gave them a loving home. Under your wing they will not just survive but moreover thrive. We are always here - thank you for trusting us with your family! Jakob.

Jakob has been great so far. He is friendly, knows his stuff, patient and very dedicated to helping us with our dog. Our dog is very hesitant to give up leadership and thinks hes the boss but Jakob is very determined to help. The price for what we have already received support wise is very reasonable and I’d recommend him to everyone wanting to reign in any behaviours with their dog/s. On top of a 3 hour first visit, Jakob checks in via text and phone calls and is super attentive. Honestly at this point couldn’t be happier! Only regret is not using Bark Busters earlier.

Phoenix is a very smart creature - and like you said won't give up the leadership duties without a fight. However that is not his role because the leaders are there within the pack - otherwise - how could have he arrived at your front door step. With your pack. Moreover - the leaders of Phoenixs' pack are smarter creatures. And that is the key to this conundrum which transcends to an obstacle till we arrive at the meeting of the minds. What encapsulates the process of becoming is that picture of how we see ourselves in the at times tumultuous yet serendipitous journey of life - a journey we have been gifted in the amount of time we are allocated on this planet of ours. People such as yourself are the humans that push us forward as a consciousness of love and offer a glimpse into the potential of human existence. I could not do this without you and your pack - we learn along the way - it will never be perfect - yet all is perfect. Jokob is a good and nice trainer! At the lesson we already saw QQ change, after 2 weeks we keep use the method that Jokob told us QQ already can enjoy his walking on the street no more pulling and scared. Also, at home if he saw people walking outside the street no more barking and aggression. we felt so luck that we find Jokob, with lifetime warranty I don't need to worry about if QQ got other problem later!
