Frankie responded so quickly to the new commands. Information was delivered in a very clear, warm manner. With further sessions I know Frankie will achieve his full potential
Trainer note from Kelly
Frankie is just a pocket rocket of fun! Jack Russell Terriers are super speedy, super bouncy and also super noisy (LOL), and it was amazing to watch the quick transformation from energizer bunny to calm and focused companion. At lesson 2, we successfully did stair manners and education, plus we introduced the starter exercises for Frankie's pulling on lead and dog reactivity. Watching you both walk away, with Frankie at heel, watching you with love, was just priceless! Next lesson, we're off to the fore-shore for some more dog interaction training, can't wait! Well done, Steve, great job!

First visit by trainer was very successful. We learn a lot and Penny responded well to training
Trainer note from Kelly
Gorgeous Penny! Beagles can be a little on the naughty side of the equation, but Penny is a sweet angel dog, so lovely! We were engaged for assistance with changing some undesirable habits, which would impede moving into an apartment. Baying for attention, door answering, pulling on lead and social skills were all the focus at the first lesson - moving house is hard enough, but moving to an apartment is just as stressful on the owner as it is on the dog! At the second lesson I was thrilled with Penny's improvement, and we focused on scene setting for toileting in the new apartment, lift manners, walking, and visitor manners. Lesson #3 will be in the new place, and I am looking forward to making some small suggestions to ensure your new life is calm for Penny, and stress free for yourselves :-)

Kelly was absolutely knowledgeable and helpful. We got some very useful tips in what to do and what not to do. Highly appreciate her time and expertise. We were very happy with the session, looking forward to the future session/s and we have been practising and are excited about Tinkerbell's progress with certain behaviours :) Highly recommend Kelly.

What amazing owners you both are - your love for Tink is very evident! Super pleased that you enjoyed our first session, and the focus was on barking, separation issues, crate training, lead work and recall. At the second lesson we consolidated the theory side of things, and set new tasks, and I am looking forward to seeing you all at your two free group training sessions soon! Great job!!

Kelly is an absolute dog whisperer. She is so full of knowledge & opened our eyes up to things we would never had thought about. Both our dogs responded straight away to the training. My partner & I were almost hopeless with what to do with our two, with constant fighting which just kept getting more aggressive & more constant, though just after the first session with Kelly & implementing the things she taught us & the training they are both like different dogs & have hardly fought since. We couldn't recommend Kelly enough! We were hesitant to try a another dog trainer again after bad experiences with past trainers but we are so grateful we did as Kelly is worth her weight in gold.

Thank you for your kind review! Your British Bulldogs are so delicious! But, when larger breeds fight, it is absolutely terrifying for the owners. It was really important for you both to learn that you hadn't done anything wrong, it was more that the human way of looking at things, causes confusion for the dogs. Once we started their training, both dogs relaxed almost straight away, the jumping up stopped, their barking went to minimal very quickly, and the safety measures for food were introduced and proved to be easy, and maintainable. Thanks for being so open to small changes, they were different, happy, smiling puppies at lesson 2, I was thrilled to pieces with their relaxed demeanor and your level of calm control. Well done!!

Kelly made me feel very capable with all of the techniques she showed me. She was extremely welcoming and explained everything very thoroughly!

And isn't your Cavalier x the most adorable wee pup, so much fun! Cosmo is super smart, and once shown the right method, he picked it up instantly! Being in a gated community, it is so important to control barking, pulling on lead, and recall - thank you for being such an amazing and responsible dog owner :-). His toileting has improved, and at lesson 2, we'll work on his fence running and social skills (excitability), without squashing his gorgeous personality. Well done!

Kelly was very responsive to our booking.
She was very respectful of our time and provided soooo much amazing and relevant information for our boy.
We have started using Kelly's tips and have been amazed at the effectiveness. Kelly went above and beyong and provided advice to assist with Bruce's skin issues.
Kelly handled Bruce with lots of love.
Trainer note from Kelly
Thank you for inviting me into your home, it was lovely to work with you both! Bruce is a well bred Frenchie, who felt that he ruled the roost (LOL)! It was so rewarding to show you both how to control his resource guarding, stealing items, barking, refusal to go for a walk, and jumping up - all in the first session, and all using Bark Busters gentle and proven methods. It is so important that the dog feels safe, and loved whilst training - no one wants a robot, their personalities are the best!!! Thanks for being so consistent with the training, can't wait to see how much he has improved at our next lesson - well done :-)

Gabi 2YO Miniature Poodle has been with the family for only a week and came to us as a rehome. She had come from a family with no men and was quite fearful of the men in our house. Kelly was amazing! She gave us lots of pointers and showed us the techniques to show the dog who the boss was, this is all without treats. That night she slept in the laundry with our other dog (they were in our room to help her integrate) and didn't hear a sound. She now loves the men in the house and the barking is almost non-existent when new people come over. We have set a boundary with the kitchen, the dogs aren't allowed in the area between the island and the oven as they get in under the feet and could potentially create an accident. It works they know. Some lapses in memory, however, 90% of the time they get it right. That includes the old dog, she looks at me confused lots. LOL. The stress levels are down dramatically as the dogs aren't getting in the way. She now loves the Man of the house. WINNING! Now to keep consistent with the reinforcing. Any tips on training the kids & Hubby to put the dishes in the dishwasher? ;-)
Trainer note from Kelly
Hahaha - let's work on the dishwasher lesson 2 (LOL). Your family are so amazing, everyone was on board, and Gabi is just a delightful addition to your home. Since your property enjoys the gorgeous wallabies that come to say hi, recall is imperative, so that it keeps both the wildlife, and Gabi, safe, and everyone can still enjoy the surroundings. We'll work with recall and distraction more at lesson 2, but Gabi responded like a dream, and she really enjoyed learning new things, and realizing that the men in her life will be the ones t spoil her the most. So pleased for you all, thanks so much!!

Kelly is amazing. I can’t believe how much I learnt and how confident I feel in managing Archie’s behaviour. My only regret is not getting Kelly here earlier.
Trainer note from Kelly
It was so kind of you to touch base after a word of mouth referral, and Archie, your Cavoodle, is so delightful! So well loved in your home, but his barking was definitely starting to go beyond what everyone wanted. At lesson one, we targeted the demand behaviours, jumping up, lead work (and the barking, of course), and his eager response to the gentle methods used, and his willingness to work for you all, was truly so wonderful! Lesson 2 we'll get out on the street, then Archie gets to come along to 2 FOC sessions of group[ training, as a part of his Lifetime Support Guarantee - so much fun ahead with his training, well done!!

I really can’t believe what great results we’ve had in just one session.
Franky responded so well to Kelly and her training methods and my family and I actually had fun learning how to correct some of Franky’s behavior problems and we are excited to continue our training so we can all enjoy our fur baby and not be so stressed always feeling embarrassed and anxious because we had no control.
The information left with us and knowing we can call Kelly with any questions at anytime is a great support.
We’ll be implementing our new skills into daily life and making sure we do our daily training sessions with him.
Thanks Kelly, we look forward to seeing you in 3 weeks 😊

Thanks so much Gail! Having everyone in the family on board is so important, and it was super fun to work with you all :-). Franky is such a lovely boy, but had developed a lot of the issues we see with Maltese (barking, reactivity, door answering, pulling on lead, dog fear issues, etc). But once he realised that you and your family "had this under control", his whole body language changed straight away and he was so soft and sweet by the end of lesson #1. I am really looking forward to polishing his out in the world manners at lesson 2, introducing distractions, and getting him walking politely with you, whilst still having free time on his walks, to sniff, pee and "read" the doggy newspaper LOL. Great work, see you soon!

We started to see bad behaviours starting in our dog as she entered adolescences. Kelly came round when it suited us and help put us in a position of understanding our dogs mentality. This has noticeably help us shift our mindset to have a better behaved and more loving puppy.

Thanks William! Scotch is such a happy wee Cocker Spaniel, but I could certainly see how the barking was upsetting for you both...it was great to work with you both, and complete an evening lesson after hours to fit in with your diary, and she responded like a dream! At the second lesson, we'll do some scene setting for the fence running, and also focus on Scotch's lead manners and pulling - great job!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Kelly. Even after one lesson, I have seen a massive turnaround in Cookie's behaviour and am so pleased with the results. Before I reached out to Kelly, I was unable to leave my apartment without Cookie barking continuously, however following the first lesson and the simple to follow daily training/exercises, Cookie is now comfortable at home and I can start to resume my normal routine without stressing over Cookie's wellbeing or upsetting my neighbours. The training was well explained and so gentle. Thank you again Kelly!

It was so super nice to work with you - you came into the training with an open mind, and saw how quickly your gorgeous Chihuahua, Cookie, responded to our gentle methods. Being a prisoner in your own home due to separation anxiety is never fun, and I was thrilled to get a photo of Miss C relaxing solo, for 30mins, straight after the first lesson! Thanks for the continued updates, she is such a good girl - see you at lesson 2 for more positive training!

Kelly came out to help us with Winston’s behavioural issues, separation anxiety, pulling and lead issues. We have already noticed such a massive difference in Winston’s attitude towards us and he is LOVING learning new techniques and better behaviour. Can’t believe how quickly we have seen a change! Can’t wait to work on more of his issues outdoors in our next session. Thanks so much Kelly!

I honestly enjoy Dachshunds as a breed - they are so full of attitude and spunk! Mr Winston, however, was taking barking to extreme levels, and I can see how embarrassing his behaviour was to both of you! By the end of the lesson, there was no door reactivity, we were able to move in and out without him racing through, his recall was on point, and he was able to be corrected for his barking using the gentle dog friendly Bark Busters methods. See you at lesson 2 for public manners work (reactivity, pulling, etc) - you've both done an amazing job with him, thank you!
