Wish we had done it sooner. Teddy is still very much a puppy who along with our 2 year old daughter, was running rings around us. We now have the ability to enjoy our dog as he responded so well to the techniques shown to us by Stef. Knowing we are not alone and that we have on call help has made training fun and overall much better parents to Teddy.

Like a breath of Fresh Air, Megan met and introduced herself to myself and our little pack,Bear, Sakima & Miakoda, she then Got to know them, & what touched me most was Megans obvious, Interest, Love and Kindness to my beautiful dogs. Megan asked for a history of my two Shepards, & recorded and asked many questions, Then she proceeded, in depth, open up a new world to explain the difference in Megans & Bark busters approach with dogs, and the difference in trainers, obedience, behaviour, pack mentality,Dog Psychology. And also Megans area of Passion and Expertise. I have owned and had Shepards and working dogs all my life and had never been aware of most of this new enlightening information until today.My Pups, as I call them are 2 1/2 yo, I have spent many hours & dollars, in obedience training with them since they were 12 weeks old, been to, and sought out various Dog Specialist, & was left in most cases feeling hopeless and very down about Sakimas future to overcome his Reactive Dog Aggressive fear. In our first Session today, Megan took us through our first lessons, & especially on Sakimas obsession with running our hill, & I have never seen him so responsive and Coherent. Megans teaching, training & ability to see & teach me things I have never seen and then to put into practice, Learn and begin to understand , all in one session is truly mind blowing. After our lesson, We even had one of the quietest trips in the car all together today, & hopping out of the car , the calmest we have ever experienced.. As a first dog owner I struggled a lot with managing my border collie cross. He was hyperactive, would always jump on people, disobedient and no matter what I tried I could only get his attention with food. He pulled the leash when I walked himand he ended up walking me. Within 5 minutes of the first session Peter had gotten Hunter to listen, to calm down and submit to authority instead of the other way around. The training was informative, practical and doable. Hunter's a lot more obedient now and is getting there each day. I'm so thankful for Peter and the training as I honestly was so lost with how to train my dog.

I'm a fairly sceptical person, so I read these reviews and the Bark Busters guarantee with a fair degree of cynicism. I was honestly worried that Summer was beyond help. I had read books on dog training (e.g. Cesar Millan) and what little improvement there was in her behaviour was minimal and quickly stagnated. In our first session Summer made huge progress! I was in disbelief. Within a few days she was able to calmly interact with our new dogs - something she could never do before. 12 months later I can confirm the training, as provided by Neil, works incredibly effectively. I cannot recommend Neil more highly. We only required the one session but Neil has been there to very helpfully answer any subsequent questions I've had (like introducing a new puppy to our pack). Neil's training is worth every cent!

It was fantastic to meet you Peter! Your training style is straight forward and uncomplicated, which makes practicing your teachings very easy. We were so impressed with the gentle way you train and found Olley was very relaxed and happy to co operated with all you/ we asked of him. It's only been a day and already Olley is walking nicely "on lead" (rather than pulling my arm off) and has a better understanding of how we want him to behave. I am absolutely convinced that with practice and consistent training, we will have total success with helping our gorgeous boy become the perfectly behaved pooch we know he can be. I felt it was very helpful Ralph seem to respond well to it he will take some time to become a well trained dog but he has taken the first steps to being well trained and at least tonight i walked out the back dorr without being used as his chew toy

This is the second time I have used Bark Busters. My first time was about 16 years ago with another dog. Still very happy with Bark Busters training program. Instructions were very clear to understand and within a few minutes there was a noticeable result.

Amazing results already. Well worth the initial outlay of money. The following day my dog was still following my instructions.

Friends of the Hound put me in touch with Neil as I was feeling very anxious when walking our new family member Pearl, a 3 year old rescue greyhound. She didn't know how to behave when she came across other dogs and due to her size they would often react, which would then cause her to react. I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding and the results of his time spent with us have been wonderful. I'm pretty sure it was me who needed the training not Pearl because the change was immediate and has has had such a positive impact on our lives living with this amazing beautiful dog! Thanks to Neil I feel confident and comfortable taking her out anywhere, knowing that I'm in control and have her attention.

I found the training sessions and reading materials very practical and helpful. It was good to be able to work on those behaviours that needed to be addressed from most troublesome eg. Barking in the yard at night through to lesser problems such as learning to walk on the lead. Having the opportunity to ask questions and get answers that work for Cooper ( our dog) is what makes this method of dog training better than reading a book or discussing problem behaviours on online forums.

We were really anxious about bringing our Jasper to a new home. He has always been what we call a nuisance barker. Always barking when we leave the house, return to the house, pick up keys, have someone knock at the door. Jasper would jump up on visitors and the more we shouted at him the louder the barking became. Jasper suffers from separation anxiety he hates us leaving him. When we walk him he wants to take on all the big dogs so the walking experience causes us anxiety and it is not very pleasant for him. So......we knew we had to correct the behavior. Calling in Bark Busters was the best decision. We went with them after reading testimonials and knowing the business has been well established for 28 years. It took a few hours to start training both Jasper and us to correct the behavior that was leading to the barking. The simple command of "bah" has replaced our screaming "shut up", yelling his name and often giving him a treat to stop the barking and bad behavior. It is repetitive but easy to do. I was really worried that it would be a rigorous training regime that we could not possible keep up with. We were pleasantly surprised. We just need to be consistent and we are now seeing big changes. There are still some issues but that is because Jasper is still not quite there yet. Continued training with us will see us get on top of this. Philip was great and down to earth, very easy to work with and not at all reprimanding for the way we have addressed or not addressed Jasper's behavior. Philip was positive and reassuring. Philip also gave a holistic approach to Jasper's behavior giving us information on diet, surroundings, history of dog behaviors etc. That was great to hear about to put it all into prospective. Jasper was relaxed with Philip and we felt confident after Philip left that we could do this and see results. We highly recommend Bark Busters.
