Graeme clearly explained the training techniques in a way that was easy to follow and understand. Ray was able to follow instructions without using treats. (At puppy school he was always taught to respond with treats.) This has improved dramatically, he is now responsive without treats!! It was great to get the background on how dogs view themselves as part of the pack and why they behave the way they do.

Since moving to Perth we have been having alot of trouble getting our dog to listen and follow directions which has been particularly difficult at the beach or in the dog park when he is off lead. Hugh taught us some techniques for getting his attention in the backyard to start with and after one session we are already seeing improvement. It was actually really enjoyable and rewarding learning from Hugh and we are looking forward to the next session!

John was amazing. Everything was explained really well and he made sure we understood the theory behind the training. Wookie is (or I should say was) a chronic jumper. We could barely go into the yard without him jumping all over everyone...within 2 minutes of the hands on training starting he was already not jumping! It was amazing...and makes us want to be around our dog even more. People visiting us since the first session have been blown away by the change in our dog. Wookie is happier and we are happier! Can't wait to see what the next sessions bring us !

Heather was great she was easy to talk to about our issues with Jasper. We were happy with first visit and looking forward to doing exercises layed out for us to do. The big test comes when we go to a Park and he will be with other dogs this is one of our main problems that with Heather's help we can sought out.

We were at the point of surrendering Dallas back to the pound where we rescued her from. She was very dominant aggressive and would often bite us. Thanks to Bark Busters we have the techniques to communicate effectively, correct unwanted behaviour like biting and barking. But more importantly we're able to keep her as part of our family for many years to come. It was great to see Dallas' point of view towards training and her position in our pack. Something we hadn't considered. It all seemed very simple to understand and follow. We enjoyed the training session and I don't have to keep yelling at her. Using your system is more effective than the previous attempts we used.

Catharina did an amazing job with Flynn. I quite enjoyed learning with him and am looking forward to continuing his training.

The difference was night and day ! Martin explained himself wonderfully. The techniques were simple to follow and understand.The experience was very enjoyable.

Hugh came today for a second visit as I was having trouble walking our dog and getting her to stop barking. My son is her primary owner but he is away for a month. Hugh was very helpful. He showed me how to walk 'Jazz' properly and how to get her to stop the barking which was driving me crazy. Hugh was very patient with me and Jazz and I would highly recommend his help to anyone having trouble with their dogs.

Grace has been great in helping us with Mac. Grace has taught us what to do to help Mac walk on the lead without pulling, he still isn't perfect but he is getting there. Also what Grace helped with was his food, what she suggested to change his diet has made a big difference to his 'out-put'. Also, he isn't so picky with his food anymore. The great thing for us is that we have the security of knowing we can call Grace back and she will come and give us that re-enforcement we need.

I found the training session with Philip interesting and informative. Lola is now a more well behaved and obedient dog. She will even now sleep in her kennel, which previously she would not even enter, after a suggestion from Philip to slightly reposition it. Most surprising, Lola will now walk on the lead without pulling! I can scarcely believe she is the same dog! I have now even got her walking to heel off lead as well, if I instruct her. I would definitely recommend Philip to anyone who was having issues with their dog.
