Ken was amazing. From the moment he walked into the house Rocco was a different dog. Ken remembered our issues from 3 years ago and discussed the progress we had made. Ken was clear and his solutions were simple and effective. He accompanied us to the park and at no time did we feel pressured for the session to be over.

Firstly, I was delighted that Stefanie from Bark Busters was available over the weekend and after hours which was so convenient and easy for us. Then the life time guarantee with a one off small payment to educate and calm our highly anxious dog to give him & I a better quality of life, amazing!!!! The training was not only specific to our dogs needs, but also informative for us. My partner & I were given so much knowledge in only 4 lessons on how to manage our dogs habits and also our bad habits simultaneously. Stefanie was understanding and is clearly an empowering trainer, who gave us confidence and guidance. The anxious fear based aggressive dog we loved but struggled with outside of our home for 2 years is now, only after 4 lessons an obedient, easy walking dog again. Stefanie is amazing!!!!

Hugh was great with Scruffy. He showed immediate command and taught me a few basics that began working immediately. Scruffy became less needy immediately and began walking better on a slack leash soon there after. Hugh has shown that he is dedicated to making Scruffy and I the best possible dog and master. Peter was great. Very friendly and gave us the right techniques and it was very simple. Lucy responded immediately to the training. She no longer jumps up on people, no longer walks in front of people and listens to commands and is more focused on us. This was a very positive experience! We are very pleased.
