Harley has completely transformed to a puppy that we would have to constenly growl out for tearing up our yard, to a puppy that we enjoy laying out on the grass with. Gabriel did a wonderful job with Charlotte. He was patient with her (and with me!). She's a very big girl and I had started to lose some confidence with her after a one-off episode of aggression that Gabriel helped me find again. There were some complex issues I thought may be too late to rectify in an older dog but Gabriel was calm and confident and helpful with these. Training was tailored to her personality type - he seemed to understand her and worked within our existing training methods. Gabriel also clearly loves dogs which was very important to me. Highly recommended!

The training provided was well delivered,easy to understand and very helpful. Princess responded well with Philip,the trainer, and seemed relaxed during the training time. Philip was helpful in explaining the reason why there needed a diet change for Princess and we have experienced a successful change in her toilet behavior. The barking has been reduced by at least 75% and now we are happy owners able to hear each other talk.

The initial training was excellent but I am afraid I did not follow through. So I organised follow up training (4 years later). I was so pleased it was still Grace as she is excellent. I am now on the right path and was so glad I took out the lifetime cover.
