Jane certainly had her work cut out for her with Barry the Blue Heeler. We had massive issues with jumping at people, barking constantly, begging while we eat, generally just running the house- not us. Walking on the lead was a nightmare with him pulling and lunging at any car that drives past. By the end of the first session he was a changed dog and we worked really hard at re establishing the hierarchy! Barrys not a fan!!! Hes still got a way to go but the improvements so far have changed our lives and we can see that we do have a great dog!!! Walking on the lead is still far from perfect but is certainly better and is now our big focus. We can't possibly thank Jane enough for all her help, tips and teaching us to 'speak dog'.

Stefanie was extremely helpful and patient when it came to redirecting Jack's focus/attention. I had a lot of trouble with Jack's dominant personality and she explained things in a way that made it easy to understand Jack and how to deal with him in his language. I saw a big difference within the first minute of Stefanie's presence which gave me the confidence to do the same thing. Extremely professional and would highly recommend!

Ken was great! Our 3 month old puppy responded really quickly to the techniques he taught us for separation anxiety and we didn't have an issue again. We are now using the tools to get her to stop jumping and pulling on the lead which are slowly but surely working on an excited puppy. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone with puppy problems as he explained it really clearly and was always on hand to answer follow up questions after the initial sessions.

Emma had Pip under her control within minutes!!!! She was firm but fair with a calming influence with dog and owner!!😂 Thanks heaps Emma !! Highly recommended!!

Having had Bark Busters train our Border Collie 7 years ago with huge success, we were thrilled to have Emma come and help us get on track with our dogs today. We are over the moon the how fast we are seeing results. Within 24 hrs we noticed a huge difference with Ollie. His constant barking when people would walk past is now extremely minimal. I was very impressed with Faith's knowledge and understanding of dog behaviour. Her approach is very professional, and her manner towards my troubled dog (who is known to bite the occasional stranger), had him relaxed and calm as she demonstrated the training program. I have seen a dramatic change in my dog's behaviour in just 2 weeks. Still a little way to go yet but Faith keeps in touch to monitor progress and offer support

Jane was so helpful. We could not believe how quickly and easily we saw a change in our puppy's behaviour. His barking stopped within 2 days of implementing Jane's training methods and has improved greatly at attentive walking on a leash. Old dogs can learn new tricks!! Faith, you have helped me so much with your wealth of experience in calming my beautiful big boy ex PD Ajax. So much progress in just two weeks and I suddenly have a calm happy dog...and confident owner! Your out of the box solutions and ideas for a very difficult student have given my boy a new happiness after serving the community for so long. He really is going to enjoy retirement now. John came to see me two weeks ago for really, a 5 year review on my Jack Russell X Fox Terrier for a different problem to my initial issues when he was only 8 months old, when I lived in Sydney. I have recently moved to the Central Coast and my house is situated on a corner with timber wide spaced fencing as well as the deck, along the house and front yard. This makes for quite a visually exposed large front area. Billy sees every dog walking up from the corner to the other corner, sometimes children are playing across the road in the street and owners with their dogs walking past any time throughout the day. Billy was constantly doing his full territorial barking pretty much every single time he noticed activity outside and I wanted to nip it in the bud before it got too much for me and for my new neighbours. John's explained what is going on for Billy at the time of the activity outside the house. Why he is barking and what he is trying to tell me.I am so happy that he is listening to me and reacting to my commands. The other day, two dogs went past, and a child with its parents, all walking about a foot from my front gate and Billy stood at the fence, looking through the gap and wagging his tail. Not a sound came out of him. I am also very happy that when he is let outside for the final time at night and he wants to hunt in the front garden, he has come straight in for me. I don't have to stand out there with a torch and call him 5 times to come back in. He responds to me straight away. That also is a blessing now. I would recommend John to anyone on the Central Coast that is having any issues with their dog/s. I found him to be a very good trainer. He stayed for quite a long time to make sure I absolutely understood. I think the information and training is invaluable.

Glen was very helpful and informative, which made us feel much more confident and comfortable training our first puppy and having control of our home again.

Excellent training. Step by step instructions on how to deal with Ruby's barking, dog aggression, etc. We have a different dog.
