Stefanie's guidance and instruction was really clear and concise. We instantly saw a noticeable impact in Muprhy's behaviour. More specifically, Stefanie managed to completely fix Murphy's pulling by incorporating the "Bah" command and the use of a the 'Check Chain'. Murphy's recall has also dramatically improved with the use of the "Bah". We are now addressing Murphy's digging with the suggestions that Stefanie has put forward.

We, (my four young children my husband and I) got a beautiful golden Labrador puppy just over a year ago. In that year she has eaten though 7dog beds a human couch 4 crane arm chairs and cushions the list goes on. She was becoming very jumpy with the kids and because she was quite big if she jumped on them she would knock them over and hurt them. We couldnt control her anymore and got to the point where the kids wouldn't go outside if Ruby was put there. We first met Peter a few months ago and on our first meeting and training session Peter had turned Ruby into a totally different dog, without treats! We have had two lessons so far and probably need a few more, more for us than Ruby. The happy part is the kids are happy to be outside with Ruby now and she has not jumped on them since Peter has come. We still have work to do but we are definitely a happier family with the help of Peter.

Faith was amazing right from the first email, i just felt so comfortable and had hope. Oscar is aggressive due to fear and previous trauma. He has along way to go but simple stuff he has been doing (barking/jumping) has already settled down and he has responded so well to the suggestions. I can't wait to see the outcome in the next few mths. It's nice to have hope after people have suggested giving him away or putting him down. Thats like saying put your kid down, so thank you Faith from Ed & I and Oscar :)

Training was really good. It was good to get a refresher of how to train the dogs using Ken's method as we basically had forgotten how important it was to be a strong leader for the dogs. The dogs have immediately changed their behaviour and I'm confident that we will be able to reduce their seperation anxiety.

I really appreciated Stefanie's clear and professional manner. In the first lesson she provided an amazing amount of information, and I felt a lot more confident about how to develop a positive dynamic with Missey. Stefanie's ability to quickly assess our needs meant that the lesson was efficient and very effective, as was her ability to adapt her training style to suit Missey, my children and I. Emma was fantastic. Not only directed us in changing Harley's bad habits but we saw an immediate change. Emma was polite and Sarah and I have learnt so much in 1 day. Look forward to further consultations.

Stefanie was fantastic in teaching us how to manage out dog. We were at our wits end with barking and complaints from neighbours and we found that we had results straight away. Of course, we still need to be consistent with the training.I found Stefanie's approach very holistic and realistic. Not only has the barking improved, but Arya is much more settled generally and is much better walking without tugging on the lead.

Heather has been fantastic . Lilly is becoming more confident when on leash and less nervous on walks. Has stopped barking at people whilst on leash. We are now working on reactive behaviour when she sees people walking with other dogs .

Just finished trainging with Hugh, it was excellent! He was clear with his instructions and really took time to make the training personal to us and our dog. I would recommend Hough and Bark Busters 100%.
