Phillip was great. He understood what we needed in the training for Asha. We have read many books and online articles, watched training clips on YouTube and tv shows on dog training. This style of dog training has proven to be just what we needed to help ourselves and our dog with some behavioural issues such as barking. Peter, our home trainer, is very knowledgable and gave us the understanding needed to fully be aware of the situation we have found ourselves in with our dog. This we found vital for us. Peter gave us insights on how to communicate with our German Shepherd dog and establish leadership in our 'pack'. The techniques given to us were successful and we have a much more obedient dog. The issues with barking are ongoing and take much more training long term to eradicate the issue.

Flower always loved me to bits but payed no attention to me whenever she got excited including when we went out for a walk & when we had visitors or even if she wanted to bark at a noise etc...after just one session Flower is much more respectful & is paying more attention to me...all up so far Amazing :-)

The training was excellent. Heather was very friendly and took a great approach to educating me, which I found the most impotent as it allowed me to understand my dog better. Heather was also a great help in demonstrating and implementing the training. I was struggling after 4 nights of very little sleep with my new puppy and within two nights using the training received he was hugely improved and I was getting the rest I needed. I was highly impressed with how quick the local Bark Busters team called me, booked me in and saw me. Especially so close to Christmas - Awesome for both Odin and I.
