Philip was excellent!! He made me feel very comfortable and in charge. He was very thorough and clear with his instructions and aims for the session.

Philip is an excellent trainer, his coaching is easy to follow and very effective. The method for walking Crash on the lead has been very helpful, he is a big dog that needs to be handled correctly and Philips training gave us confidence that we can take leadership and control him in public.

Great techniques, so simple yet so effective. My dog's behaviour only continued to improve afterwards as well. There was a lot to take in at once, but it was explained clearly with good examples and good instruction. Catharina was patient and encouraging.

The training methods used were clear and easy to understand. Our dogs had started fighting with each other after having lived together for 2 years I now realise after starting the training that we had not been showing consistent leadership with our dogs and they were confused and were fighting over the position of top dog. After using the training consistently and getting all the adults in the household involved we are starting to see the problems resolve as John said we are knocking the bricks out one by one. The dogs are calmer Jada is now a joy to walk on the lead still tries to get ahead but is on a loose lead and starting to self check when she does get ahead. Tully is no longer jumping on us as much as she was and is also starting to self check when she does. Tully is actually giving up her beloved ball and Jada is no longer demanding attention all the time. The two dogs no longer rush to be first through the door ahead of each other and they no longer race me for the front door. If there is something exciting happening outside they no longer race to get out there, they look to me first if I'm not bothered neither are they. We are hopeful we will now not have to make the painful decision of trying to rehome one of our beloved dogs. The dogs were fine it was a problem with us the humans.
