Glen was/is amazing. My dogs were completely different just having him in the same room as them. By the end of the session they were much more calm and relaxed. I can now get home from work and not have to worry about being jumped on by two overly excited Swiss Shepherds. The very next time we had visitors over there were almost no problems with jumping and barking. The techniques we were showed were easy to follow and enforce. I urge anyone considering this to follow through with all that is taught. Neither of my dogs have lost their personality, if anything it has brought their personalities to the forefront and reinforced what unique and marvellous dogs they are.

I feel like I understand my dog so much more now. I feel really positive about the future with my dog! I'm looking forward to giving a positive update in a few weeks. I was worried that we would be barking and growling at our dog or that we would be judged for spoiling our dogs and "making them naughty". Philip was really lovely and made everything easy to understand. The training we did in a few hours showed instant results which I didn't expect at all with our crazy doggo! Stefanie was wonderful, being both knowledgeable and positive. We contacted Stefanie for help with both of our dogs, Kirra and Sadie, and their annoying barking. After the first visit we basically had the barking under control, with the added bonus of them behaving with visitors at the door and walking well on lead (I hadn't even realised how hard they were to walk until then). Philip arrived precisely at the agreed time and greeted us warmly. After initial niceties, Philip got straight down to business telling us firstly about the business and it's founder and a little about his history training dogs. He then went through a relatively quick but detailed folder of what will be achieved with his service. We then moved onto the practical part of the session with our Chocolate Labrador "Fudge". Philip gave us very easy to follow instructions and a number of activities to do with Fudge, which I'll be honest, had immediate positive reactions from Fudge. We spent a good portion of time going through key routines before finishing the session with a final sit down and directions to carry on with. Philip was very patient with both dog and humans (us) and I have no doubt we will be successful moving forward.

From the very start I really appreciated Stefanie's clear and professional approach. Stefanie's ability to quickly assess Scout and work out what was needed meant that even from the first lesson I was an improvement and this has continued to be the case. Scout has continued to become a much more manageable dog and it's all thanks to Stefanie's assistance and guidance.

Glen made us feel comfortable even though we made mistakes. Easy to follow instructions and found the training experience a good laugh but informative.
