Glen was very effective , in a matter of 2 days the behaviour has been excellent, his methods were simple and easy to understand , very well explained , happy with everything .

Before we called Faith, our dog was overwhelmed by anything outside of the home - visitors, children, other dogs and definitely cats! Nothing we could do was helping to calm or quieten her down - not even bribing her with treats. So when we called Faith, we thought for sure we would be in for a long and bumpy ride. With a foster kitty in the house, our dog was always agitated but when Faith arrived, within the space of 2 hours, our dog could be in the same room as the cat, was walking calmly on a leash, paying attention to our commands - she was a new dog!! And best of all, the training process was simple and easily duplicated by us. I am so grateful for Faith's help in making our home more calm, quiet and friendly. And it's great to see our little dog's happy personality back!

Peter is fantastic, totally committed to animals and his job to help them. Buddy was a totally different dog after just 20 mins of training. Calm and relaxed. You can ask Peter any questions and he is knowledgeable and helpful. Bark Busters also provided me with a letter to help communicate with the neighbours about Buddy's training which read so professionally. I was thoroughly impressed. I would recommend Peter to anyone. The training was simple and easy to follow (although I struggled a little with my coordination with the walking session). None of the actions /verbal commands used were threatening as demonstrated by my pup's relaxed responses. Muffie responded both very well and very quickly to the trainer's commands. Philip was also very patient and non-critical in his teaching approach with me. Will definitely be adhering to the daily training requirements prior to his next visit. Muffie actually appeared to enjoy it.

It was wonderful. The loose lead training was amazing. I can't believe how well Ace walked on the lead. The most valuable part of the service to me is the encouragement. It is easy to feel lost and want to give up but to have the moral support from Hugh has been very helpful and given us the motivation to keep going with the practice.

We meet Stefanie Budiman for the first time today, to get some training for our Moodle, Abby. Stefanie was very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and explained the procedure on how to go about training our dog. We were both pleased that even after the sessions with Stefanie that there is a life time support all over Australia if we need it. Highly recommend Bark Busters.

Val was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!. In ONE 2 hr session the difference was astounding. We have never seen Molly so calm and respond so well to our commands, I honestly could not believe it. Val made us feel comfortable and didn't make us feel As though we were bad dog parents or that we were in trouble for doing things wrong. She put things in lamens terms and didn't beat around the bush. If you are having any kind of issues, Val is the woman to see. We could not give her a higher recommendation! Do it for you and your dog!

Within only the first few minutes could already see a big difference in the training and behavioural processes. Philip is very knowledgable and very patient. Taught us many great skills to practice and put us control of our little ones. Recommended.

Heather was absolutely AMAZING! Heather was professional and listened to everything we had to say about our dog without any judgement. She gave us simple techniques to use with Ava and for the first time I have been able to walk Ava without her pulling or causing a fuss! Heather was so easy to talk to and I am already seeing massive changes in Ava already from her recall to her not pulling on the lead to even waiting for us to walk inside first before her!
