first lesson already a big improvement

I have had two other trainers to give me advice and skills to deal with an extremely anxious dog. It was hopeless. Then a neighbour told me about Ken Tran from Bark Busters. After speaking to Ken I decided to give Penni one last chance to have a happy and productive lifestyle. I was amazed how quickly Penni began to improve. I know that I still have a long way to go with Penni, but with Ken's practical skills and advice, I feel comfortable in knowing how to deal with my beautiful dog. And, of course, I know that Ken will be available if I need further assistance. Thanks Ken, you are great!

Peter was amazing. It was so good to address the sibling rivalry between Sy and Peppa. Peter was truly interested in helping Taleaha and I so our dogs would learn to get along. He was very knowledgeable and not there to babysit or hold our hand but to empower us to take ownership over the dogs and be leaders of the pack. I've waited this long to post in order to ensure the training worked and it has. Thank you so much for your help and the tip on all natural diets.

Within an hour my big boy was behaving like a totally different dog. Neil gave me back my confidence, which was at an all time low. I had reached the very difficult decision that this was our last chance. I cannot thank Neil enough for all he has done for my family. We may only be a few days into this training but my boys responses have remained.

Ken was amazing. From the moment he walked into the house Rocco was a different dog. Ken remembered our issues from 3 years ago and discussed the progress we had made. Ken was clear and his solutions were simple and effective. He accompanied us to the park and at no time did we feel pressured for the session to be over.

My partner & I were given so much knowledge in only 4 lessons on how to manage our dogs habits and also our bad habits simultaneously. Stefanie was understanding and is clearly an empowering trainer, who gave us confidence and guidance. The anxious fear based aggressive dog we loved but struggled with outside of our home for 2 years is now, only after 4 lessons an obedient, easy walking dog again. Stefanie is amazing!!!!

Hugh was great with Scruffy. He showed immediate command and taught me a few basics that began working immediately. Scruffy became less needy immediately and began walking better on a slack leash soon there after. Hugh has shown that he is dedicated to making Scruffy and I the best possible dog and master. Looking forward to ongoing advice from BarkBusters.

I learnt so much in just a few hours, Hugh was brilliant! I feel much more confident with Coby now. I have already noticed a big change in him in just 24 hours.
