Very good my dog responded immediately to the training

I learnt a lot about how dogs communicate and how we should communicate with them. I thought Duke was going to be difficult to train as he has been getting away with murder for so many years, but I was surprised to see that he learnt very quickly and responded to the training a lot better than what I was expecting

Maureen Guelfi from Bark Busters came to help me with my dog Iris. I've had Iris since she was 8wks old; and she's almost 2yrs old now. Maureen is an experienced trainer and has given me hope that I’ll be able to take control of the barking that has been making life a bit unpleasant. I've also had issues controlling Iris' frenzied licking of people who come to visit. Everyone's happy to say hello, but sometimes the licking just won't stop no matter how I was trying to correct her. Maureen assured me that I'd be able to get this unwanted behaviour sorted out too. Maureen is very clear with her instructions which has made it easy for me to follow on with the training each day on my own. I didn’t feel rushed when clarifying anything I needed more info about, and most importantly I didn’t feel “judged” for the things that I thought I was doing right (but clearly was not!). I am absolutely blown away at the immediate difference our first session has made! In the short time that has passed since starting, I can see a big difference in how Iris responds to me. I've even had feedback from the team at the dog daycare centre that she's been barking at other dogs less! The follow up with me after my initial training session has been great! It's clear that Maureen really cares about our success! I’m feeling confident that I’ll be able to make the changes needed to ensure Iris has the best life and we can coexist without worry behavioural issues. Thanks Maureen!

Philippa was wonderful - she took the time to understand our issues and the personalities of both dogs. She was not judgmental or negative at all, and tailored the training and instructions to how we wanted our dogs to behave within our home. We have two dogs, and after the first session both were sound asleep because they’d definitely had a good mental workout! Our youngest (9 m/o puppy) has taken very well to the techniques Philippa showed us, and is already doing much better. Our older dog (2.5 y/o) has shown some improvement, but I’m looking forward to the follow-up session to understand what more we can do to stop the barking. I will note that our older dog was quite well behaved when Philippa was around, and the technique she showed us has been helpful somewhat, but will likely require more time and training to really see results. I was most impressed with the fact that the techniques shown are part of an overall system that you can apply to a lot of different situations. You can see from the first session how getting your dogs to understand this communication style will apply across lots of different scenarios, and this has been very useful with our younger dog.

Thank you Todd for coming out to our home to work with Zeb. Taking the time to educate us on why Zeb wasn't responding how he should be. Watching you demonstrate working with Zeb showed us exactly what we were doing wrong and how to correct it. Thank you Todd, Zeb is realising he is not king of the house.

Martin explained easy to follow directions and a long term plan. Directions we need to follow and train the owners. Very happy with the new beginning and the progress Boss has occomplished so far.

Had my first session with Glen and was very pleased with the progress. He gave great advice on lead walking, toilet information and other issues that came up on the day! pleased with the service and can’t wait to catch up again for more sessions.

Martin has helped us with correcting Loki’s behaviour. In just one session, we've seen instant results. It has only been two weeks since the initial session and we are extremely happy with the way Loki has been responding and taking everything in. Very excited for the future and to see even more results.

Very good intro and teaching us owners how to train Lillie. Still need to work on the main issue which Is causing all of us distress. Right now I would recommend Jakob as he connects very deep into us and Lillie.
