Lynden had an amazing disposition and taught us some very valuable lessons for our puppy. With the majority of the training we saw immediate results. We haven't arranged a follow up only as we are more than happy now with our dogs behaviour and Lynden was so reassuring providing his personal mobile number should we ever need to get in touch with him. Phillip spent a few hours with my daughter and myself working with our English fox hound Otis and teaching us how to speak canine. The results were immediate and impressive. We had first learning session today and we can not believe the change in Otis's behaviour. He is calm, relaxed and respectful and seems to thoroughly enjoy his lesson. Phillip Is an amazing trainer and communicator, he was patient with Lucy and I and was able to quickly access Otis's behaviours and teach accordingly. I would highly recommend Phillip and the bark buster techniques.

Both dogs would bark at any noise or anyone coming to the door. They also barked at anyone coming within sight(walking past etc.). Within virtually minutes of Neil arriving, the dogs started to respond to his training methods. Once I got my mouth closed and Neil explained what he was doing and why, we realized a lot of the problem was us. We all love our pets, or we wouldn't be going to the trouble of calling in Bark Busters, but, all the things I thought were good things, weren't necessarily GOOD things. We could not be happier with the help Neil gave us, he is very friendly, in no way patronizing. We live in an over 55 community where barking dogs would most definitely not be popular. It is an ongoing process, but literally no more concerns from neighbors, which is why we called Bark Busters. Thank you Neil

Cathorina is very calm which has a positive effect on the dogs and their owners. My dog has improved so much since we started going to Bark Busters. We attend the weekly sessions, and if need be Cathorina will always come to our house for some extra one on one work. Cathorina teaches you to look for subtle signs and postures, which indicate a possible reaction is about to happen. Using the techniques taught we are able to avoid aggression. Eventually we should stop having a reaction to other dogs in the first place. Although we still need to work on Coppers socialisation skills, he has improved heaps and is much calmer around other dogs. Cathorina gives you the confidence to train your dog, and help it become a socially acceptable companion. She is not only training the dog, she is also training the owner. The difference I see not only in my dog but in all the other dogs in the group is amazing!
