Stefanie was fantastic. Her calm, patient, friendly and genuinely caring demeanour put me at ease to learn the skills to reach our girl Danska. We have a different dog. From the one who was jumping and so difficult to walk (which was frustrating for me) to an absolute pleasure to walk. After one session we have a calm non jumping dog. We are amazed. Glen arrived and immediately had an affect on Gus, who was an excitable little dog. Gus was pushing the boundaries and his recall was not great, he also had some separation anxiety at night. With Glen's help, literally overnight, Gus was a different dog. He was scared of his collar, now eagerly comes for it when it's time for walking. He responds when called and is a lot calmer, without losing his personality. We can now also go out and not feel guilty leaving him! Highly recommended. Thanks Glen!

Hugh's visit was very informative, practical and enjoyable for us and our dog Rozie. We are putting his training into practise and can see a big change in Rozie's behaviour and also our own in dealing with her. We have had prompt replies to our messages and phone calls. A big thank you to Hugh and we look forward to his next session. We wish to state Hugh has a very pleasant , gentlemanly, likeable demeanour and a very obvious natural affinity with dogs.

First lesson went great! Heather came to our house and within a couple of hours had taught us some basic training for Archer which to our surprise he listened and took to really fast. Along with her knowledge we found Heathers down to earth personality perfect to help us understand how we communicate with Archer and how he communicates with us. This is only the beginning but we're very excited to continue our training and see more positive results.

Heather was very knowledgable about techniques that use natural and effective communication with dogs. She spent time with us and ensured that we understood the techniques and would be able to practice them by ourselves. She was very thorough and addressed all of our concerns and more!

It was very informative and logical. It made sense and straight away I could the positive responses from the dogs. I believe the methods suggested were all positive towards to dogs by using voice control and body language and also having other tools to be able to progressively train the dogs in learning how to be well behaved but still have their natural instincts and reactions allowed.

I have never raised a puppy before, so found the information very helpful. Friends have remarked on the very much improved behaviour of Coco. Coco is less attention seeking, walking on the lead is improving everyday. The techniques are simple and work well, Coco is very responsive to the training, life is much easier with these techniques. At first i was a little overwhelmed with everything i was doing wrong with kitchi but as phillip explained each exercise to me, I felt much better. I know kitchi was very tired that day of training but i was proud of him for doing his training so well. Phillp has a lot of patience, well spoken which makes it easy to understand and do the exercises with kitchi.

I called on Faith to assist me with my dog's aggression towards other dogs. 'Rosie' the chocolate labrador would bark, growl and pull on the lead whenever she saw another dog in sight. I couldn't control her and was terrified she would put herself in a compromising position. Rosie, after all is a labrador and a big softy at heart. Then the wonderful Faith from Bark Busters (Sunshine Coast) came into my life. Faith gave me the tools to step up and show Rosie that I am the leader and that her behaviour will not be tolerated. This is something I have really struggled with previously, afraid to appear as if I'm being mean to my dog by showing them who's boss. After working with Faith, within minutes, Rosie became calm and listened to me, even around other dogs. Along as I do my homework, I know that I now have the skills to lead Rosie around other dogs. Faith is doing wonders for the dogs in our lives, and I am forever grateful to her for the service she provides to dog owners in need.

Heather made the training seem so easy, like we had little work to do with Buddy. She explained everything thoroughly and took us through our paces. With a few changes to our daily lives we could see the differences from the changes. A very positive experience.
