Great techniques, so simple yet so effective. My dog's behaviour only continued to improve afterwards as well. There was a lot to take in at once, but it was explained clearly with good examples and good instruction. Catharina was patient and encouraging.

We are so pleased with the results. By the next day we could see a total change in Louie's demeanor. He is no longer trying to jostle for pack leadership and is generally much better behaved.

It was amazing so see such a positive response from my pup within the first half hour of working with her. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly results were achieved. With keeping up her training daily, she has become a much more polite and well behaved pup. I couldn't be happier.

The training methods used were clear and easy to understand. Our dogs had started fighting with each other after having lived together for 2 years I now realise after starting the training that we had not been showing consistent leadership with our dogs and they were confused and were fighting over the position of top dog. After using the training consistently and getting all the adults in the household involved we are starting to see the problems resolve as John said we are knocking the bricks out one by one. The dogs are calmer Jada is now a joy to walk on the lead still tries to get ahead but is on a loose lead and starting to self check when she does get ahead. Tully is no longer jumping on us as much as she was and is also starting to self check when she does. Tully is actually giving up her beloved ball and Jada is no longer demanding attention all the time. The two dogs no longer rush to be first through the door ahead of each other and they no longer race me for the front door. If there is something exciting happening outside they no longer race to get out there, they look to me first if I'm not bothered neither are they. We are hopeful we will now not have to make the painful decision of trying to rehome one of our beloved dogs. The dogs were fine it was a problem with us the humans.

Philip was fantastic. He provided specific and detailed instructions in a manner that was simple to understand. He is a great teacher and trainer and the entire family, including our children and dog Banjo gained plenty of insight in the time he spent with us. It was a great investment.

I couldn't be happier. The techniques Neil taught us have generalised really well. So now we can walk in the house without being jumped on, Archie's stopped scratching and barking and he now has excellent recall across a very large yard. He seems so much less aloof and more engaged, which is fabulous as it's always been hard to get his attention.

We found the trainer professional and friendly. She knew what she was talking about and the things she told us to do really work. Very happy with the service.

Thank you so much Paul for a revisit after so long with Axel!! A refresher on what we were doing wrong was what we needed and hopefully our lives will get back on track again and we can enjoy our beautiful boy Axel again with our new baby Archer. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Thankyou so much to Phillip for teaching me how to take control of my fur baby. I didn't think I would see results straight away but definately did. From a stubborn little pug who wouldn't even look at me when I called her to a dog that now can come on demand in the first session. Thankyou so much again
