Lynden was very good at communicating the training techniques and was happy to go over anything we didn't understand. This was the first time we were able to get Hendrix's attention. Our training session was very interesting. We learnt a lot and so did Hendrix.

For a dog who I thought was beyond help, the small improvements after only 2 weeks is pleasing. I was surprised at the minimal effort required, I always thought dog training would take up more time and be more stressful.

From the start everything was simple to understand. Puppy was more calm and started obeying before end of lesson. The use of Bah was very efficient. Everything was enjoyable.

John was very effective in his explanations i.e. lots of examples etc. Dogs responded well to being BAHed.
