She responded so well to the training in the first session with Ric! He has a really good way with dogs. Thanks heaps Ric. It was great to get some understanding of some of Jax's behaviours and how to address them, especially as he is completely deaf . We have been doing our homework each day and he is going really well. I actually think he is enjoying the structure . We still have a ways to go but I feel more confident after having Ric working with us. I'm also glad to have had Ric work with Jax and establish that he's not actually aggressive, which we have worried was the case. I'm looking forward to our next session .

Ric was fantastic! I have a daughter who is on the spectrum who is always scared of our dog because he jumps up on her and we cant have him inside as much as we would like. Ric arrived showing us how to teach him not to jump and how to make him calm. What an amazing difference we now have. The best part is we can have him inside more because he Isn't chasing our cats or jumping up on our daughter. Thank you Ric Amazing!!!

Ric you are our life saver - as you know our vet advised to put Murphy to sleep due to his neurological behaviour - after two long sessions with you - you instilled confidence in Us and Murphy that he is a great dog albeit special at times - you were patient with us and assertive with Murphy and at the end of the sessions Murphy absolutely loved you - you gave us the confidence with crucial dog language to communicate with him better - Murphy was annoying all our neighbours - he’s was pacing the house constantly following his tail for hours but after only two visits and clear instructions we have the makings of a great dog - thank you thank you - I’m sure this isn’t the end of our journey with you - you’re truly BRILLIANT thank your from us all
