Ric dealt with Aggression, Barking, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling, Recall, Separation anxiety
Ric was very patient and accommodating which I found to be invaluable during the training of my six year-old German Shepherd, Zivah. With little to no prior training from her previous owner, I found Zivah showed promise under Ric's guidance and despite having quite severe anxiety, appeared to be thoroughly enjoying his company. Ric acknowledged that Zivah has a long way to go to get her where we want her, but I found his positive attitude very motivational. While it's early days, Zivah is showing baby-step improvements and I intend to get Ric back to make sure I'm trained as best I can so that Zivah is set-up to succeed.

Hello Jacqui, Thank you for your lovely review, as we know Zivah has developed quite a high level of anxiety coupled with some resulting behavioural issues. Stick with the exercises, you will see progress. When I come back out we will continue to move forward, Unfortunately some cases do take a little more time than others. Was a great lesson with Ric and showing us what we can do to help our dog and also help us in a way to get our dog under control with things that would set him off & what we can do to reduce the amount of anxiety our dog has when we leave home. We are still in the process of training our dog with the techniques shown and demonstrated in our lesson and fingers crossed all goes well moving forward. Our dog responded so well in the first 10 mins of Ric being there and our dog was not very inviting to visitors in our home and could see improvement as the lesson went on.

Ric was extremely professional, friendly and effective. He familiarised himself with Suki's environment and quickly provided simple and meaningful suggestions to rectify a range of Suki's less desirable behaviours. I am confident that with Ric's patient and clear guidance, I will be able to train my cavoodle to be an obedient, happy and more relaxed member of the household.

We are very happy with what Ric achieved with our dog. We had a very stubborn dog who thought they were the boss of the house and didn't listen to what there told, by the end of our first lesson it was like we had a new dog. I was amazed how fast we could see a change in our dog.
Definitely recommend Bark Busters!

Had the pleasure of working with Ric and our two girls, a 4 year old Bull Arab and a 3 year old kelpie. Our dogs had been having some sibling rivalry which had become too much to manage without keeping them separate. Our Bull Arab is often stubborn but was immediately Ric's best friend and listened intently to Ric's practice and training. Our Kelpie who likes attention was sitting and listening to Ric's instruction and was first time we had seen her not bother a visitor for attention. Both girls were very engaged and attentive to the training and responded very well, it was clear they were enjoying being challenged and learning. For myself and my partner, Ric was excellent in training us as well so we can continue to train our girls to so they feel happy and safe. The training style is very informative and Ric is not judgmental and very supportive, with an approach that while most dog owners do things right, we don't speak dog and we can always be better.

Ric came out to help my beautiful English Staffy Lucifer, completing and exceeded my expectations. We had Lucifer not only doing what I had hoped but more, the on going support and how easy it all has been has been fantastic, have already recommended him to other family and friends

Really really happy with Ric and his help with our two little rascals. He absolutely knew his stuff, was very informative and listened to our needs well. He explained things so well and we covered a great amount in the first lesson . I'm excited to see improvements over the next few weeks. I'm so happy I made this investment to make both our lives and our dogs lives better :)

Ric has being working with myself and German shepherd Donny on some reactive behaviour issues. I have being very happy with our sessions and the knowledge he has passed on to me. Progress has being extremely good and his dedication to helping is great. Highly recommend Ric as a trainer and the bark busters team.

Ric , was very good indeed , he trained us humans as well as the dogs !
I think the dogs learned faster ! LOL

Ric came out to help with my two year old dog. He took the time and patience to teach and made sure I understood the different ways I could teach my dog not to bark. Definitely someone I would recommend to someone who is in need of a great dog trainer! Don’t lose hope on your dogs as these guys can definitely help no matter how big or small!
