As first time dog owners we have very much appreciated Jane's help to give our 9 month old puppy boundaries and house rules to live by. She has taught us how to speak dog and given us techniques so that we can help Eddie to behave well in our home. No longer do we have a dog that jumps up, barks to get what he wants and dictates the routines. We now have a calmer, more obedient dog who is a joy to be around. It is also reassuring to know that we can call Jane back at anytime to work on any newly identified issues. Wow. What an incredible difference Glen has made. After a single session, he had identified how we were confusing our dog with our words and body language. By implementing Glens training techniques, our once very boisterous and barking dog is now well behaved, quiet and polite. She has gone from dragging us along on the lead and lunging at other dogs to trotting at our heels and knowing that lunging at other dogs is not cool. We cannot thank you enough Glen, and we know our neighbours thank you too.

Stef has been amazing with showing us different techniques to help our border collie Indi shop chasing shadows outside. Indi has been super responsive so far and definitely keen to learn. The techniques we have been shown are being implemented and helping us a lot. Highly recommend Stef she's great! Looking forward to our next session.

Emma, how some really simple ideas that worked, for the first night we now have a puppy, the is house trained at night and 80% during the day.

Maureen has always been straight forward while calm, patient while assertive. So happy with her delivery of the training and of course the results! She is confident in her methods and we definitely see why!

The training was remarkable. Our pup is only 6 months, but don't let his age fool you! He is smart, cheeky, intelligent and sneaky, but his personality is one of a kind. Glen came in and immediately Pluto's vibe changed - he knew who was in charge, Glen is friendly, so beyond knowledgeable and has really helped being sanity back into our house hold. He corrected the things we were not doing quite right, and encouraging us for the things we tried to get right. He had taught me and partner so much and we've still got so much more to learn. What's really made me feel good inside is sometimes you see dogs get trained and things change and they start to lose who they are a little bit. But Glen manages to teach you and build your skills and allows your dog to have his/her own personality, i have seen this with multiple dogs he has trained it's amazing!! We have been referred to by friends/family members of ours. I am really looking forward to our new puppy training with Pluto, and seeing all the progress we continue to make with the help of bark busters. Glen is very knowledgeable and offered great advice and suggestions in trying different techniques to correct our puppies behaviours. I will definitely recommend to friends and also clients we have through my work at the Vet.

Jane was fantastic and she helped us so much - we saw a different dog from the first session. My 2-year-old kelpie was a rescue dog and came without much history of behaviour control or boundaries, and appeared unfamiliarity with streets, leashes, traffic, people. Jane helped us to understand how to put boundaries in place to shape a quieter more attentive dog, how to manage separation anxiety, and how to have her walk comfortably on leash. Throughout it all she was warm, caring, and gentle with Ginja. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jane!
