First session went very well, the change in Ruby's behaviour was instant once we were taught the appropriate techniques. Glen explained everything clearly and we now have a much calmer dog.

The training was excellent - informative, easy to follow, hands on and with immediate results.
We feel so much more confident that we have effective strategies to teach our puppy good manners - no more treat training!
We also have a way to reduce Zorro's cat chasing - others were so negative about this possibility but Emma didn't bat an eyelid.
Zorro has responded beautifully to the training, he and we are much happier and less anxious about our life together.

Zorro is a 4 month old Jack Russell X who joined his family about a month ago. Along with his cat chasing, Zorro was also causing trouble with barking, jumping, pulling on the lead, chewing, digging, rushing through doors and not coming when called. His family did an awesome job during their first speak do session, and I'm looking forward to getting back to check on their progress. :)

The time flew with the quality detail and tips that Emma was able to pass on to myself which will allow me to be a better teacher to Stevie. Emma's approach is clear and precise and allows you to ask as many questions as required.

Stevie is a gorgeous, 15 week old, female, Chocolate Labrador. During her first speak dog session we worked on walking nicely on the lead, jumping, nipping and mouthing, recall, boundary control, safety around the swimming pool & toileting. I'm looking forward to our next session, and seeing Stevie grow into a well mannered dog. Keep up the great work Pete, and I'll see you soon. 😊

Jane's approach is very reassuring - her focus has been on what we are doing well and then on providing strategies and encouragement on areas we are not so sure about. Jane shows how very skilful and experienced she is in each interaction. In the 3 weeks since the first training, our puppy is much calmer and less anxious and her random barking has reduced. Using the "bah" sound and occasional clapping and spray bottle use has had the promised effect. We are delighted and happily recommend Jane and the Bark Busters approach.

Today his new loving owners started Bark Busters training and they saw great immediate responses including coming when called and not jumping up. I cannot recommend Cat from Bark Busters South West highly enough. Our Portugese Water Dog has been a different pup since my very first session with her, and this has made all of our lives instantly so much better! I had done a heap of research while we had had our puppy, spent so much time working with her on my own, and sought advice previously in Perth, but nothing was working and I was getting very worn out and quite distressed. So it was much to my surprise and sincerest relief that the training Cat taught me was so simple and so effective! Best thing we've done :)

Phil was amazing with the puppy training. I can't highly recommend enough how valuable puppy training is for new owners. It's an investment in their behaviour for many years. My wife and I enjoyed all the techniques to use on our puppy and they were easy to follow. Phil was patient and great to work with. I look forward to our next catch up.
The change of behaviour in our puppy was in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much.
