Effective, clear and straight forward. Soft techniques using positive reinforcement and no forced feeding treats which is brilliant as Tango is not food motivated. Hugh was very patient with us. He took the time to explain everything, to show me again and again and reassure me. Since our first visit Tango has been much more focused on me and we are both much more relaxed when we leave the house for a walk. It is like Hugh gave me the users manual for my dog!

Glen was very helpful. I can now walk Simon on the lead without him pulling. This was a big problem for me before as he is a very big and strong dog. This was all from one lesson with Glen. Simon has also settled a lot with his jumping and aggression. I would recommend Glen to anyone having problems with their pets.

My dog Kato is a great dog but was super hyper active and excitable! We couldn't have visitors due to him jumping all over them or him whimpering and howling because we would have to lock him outside when someone came. Within 30 seconds of Glen arriving he had control over Kato! It was literally like he had hypnotized him. Glen was amazing he made us realize that it wasn't just Kato that needed training but also us. Very thorough and helpful. I couldn't walk Kato on the lead on my own as he is quite a big dog and would drag me down the road! Kato now walks next to me and looks to me to give him commands. He is like a new dog! He still has his silly lovable ways but just more obedient now and well behaved. It has only been a couple of days but the transformation is amazing! I would recommend Bark Busters over and over again, I really thought Kato was past the point of training as we have tried heaps of things with him but all it took was one visit with Glen. Bark Busters all the way!!!

Had our first session with Glen today who definitely knows his stuff! Glen helped me with basic training of our mini Daschund Hugo and also helped me to better understand how to communicate with my dogs and correct easy mistakes. Easy program to understand and could see the difference straight away. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a responsive and fast change in their dogs behaviour.

Very good, easy to follow, very informative. Seen Ellie responding and better behaved same evening. Our dog doesn't respond well to treats so this training is much better for us. Very happy with lesson.

The major problem with Taffy was she is so big and strong when she saw another dog she would pull strongly on her harness and often get into a barney/aggression with other dogs - but never knew which one it would be. In trying to hold her back I strained my back. Walking her became stressful as I was not fully in control. Brian gave me strategies as to how to manage her as well as a half choker collar. He gave me further information on dog behaviour, and management. We have had 2 individual sessions so far and one social session. Things are much improved but it is a work in progress. Taffy has responded well but I need to continue to learn and apply the teachings.

Excellent. Very helpful with great results. Very flexible to work with my schedule, happy to meet me at various venues and great at problem solving different issues in a simple and practical way.

Since our first session yesterday Hollie-Hilda has been so much calmer. Heather was so patient, and understanding with her. There isn't many people who can recognise that inside that large Neo Mastiff body is only a little 5 month old puppy mind. Thank you so much for your time!
