Kath thank you so much for your session with our Milly last week. The directions and experience you provided to us has made a huge impact on the management of our pooch????. The transformation from her unacceprable behaviour to a much more relaxed and obedient dog is nothing less than amazing. We also have realised that this outcome is a combination of both the dog and its owners being ‘trained’ to carry out instructions and reinforce these until the desired outcome is required. Thank you so much as we were at a point where we did not think our little dog would ever change to more acceptable behaviour. We were amazed when you stood in our hallway and Milly responded to your commands immediately. Milly understood what was being asked of her with your commands. Kath from Bark Busters Wide Bay is a dream come true! I have a Standard Poodle (3yr) and a Cattle X Collie (14yr). They both pull on the lead and have different reactivity responses to other dogs. My Poodle is friendly but acts silly and barks at other dogs on lead, and my Cattle X has a more aggressive reactivity towards other dogs, so that mixed together has been difficult to control and manage by myself! The way Kath handled their differences and the techniques she taught me in just the first lesson was astounding, even for general house behaviour to make them calmer at the front door I saw an instant improvement. The convenience of Kath coming to my own home to meet and train my dogs in their comfort zone was absolutely wonderful. Kath is incredibly knowledgeable, we learnt so much in just the first day and I definitely saw a difference in behaviour by the end of our lesson. I have already recommended her! I can't wait for our next lesson and the continuous support that Bark Busters provides!

After the very first time we met emma I noticed a big improvement in all areas on the things we were working on, after the first few days my dog was a completely different and calm and collective dog. Emma is amazing at what she does I cannot express that enough. Thank you!

I found Todd to be a very calm-natured, accommodating dog trainer with a high passion for what he does. Todd is an excellent dog trainer and he explains everything very clearly. By the end of the lessons, my dog, Charli responded to every training technique that he was taught. I highly recommend Todd to anybody who is after an excellent dog trainer for their four legged friend. I appreciate Todd's ongoing support as a lifetime member.

The training was fantastic and made such a difference, even after the first visit. Even family members visiting shortly after commented on him being a completely different dog. There is still a lot of work for me to do with him over time, but it has been fantastic and I am very confident that we will get there. I would recommend Bark Busters to anyone looking for help in any regards with their dog.

Now I have the tools and understand what I’m doing the bond with my GSD has improved tenfold! Within 2 hours of Peter Adamow landing on my front step we had addressed, barging the door, how to treat guests, Jaspers obedience in not chasing anything unless I give the OK, waiting for me to enter a door before he runs through, staying outside when the door is opened until he is called, barking at people (neighbours will be happy) and people walking behind my fence. This was an amazing outcome while Peter was here showing us how to do it but the magical part was being able to continue well after Peter left and still getting the same great results…I’m astounded! I know it’s early days but I just can’t express how heart warming it is to have improved my relationship with my dog. The very best part is…For the very first time I was able to walk my 18 month old German Shepherd with ease…with ease, just such a joy!! Philippa was fantastic with Rebel. We learnt a lot in a short amount of time and Rebel responded well to Philippa. Now that our commands are consistent Rebel is responding much better. Philippa followed up the next day to see how things were going. We had used Bark Busters a long time ago and knew that we would be in good hands. Philippa didn't disappoint, and her knowledge was extensive and her love of dogs was obvious.We would highly recommend Philippa and Bark Busters to anyone requiring assistance with their dogs.

As soon as Glen walked in, we noticed how quickly he was able to calm and train our 5-month Kelpie puppy. He fixed many issues such as excessive barking, digging, jumping, separation anxiety and hyperactivity. Reggie 5 months old Cavoodle had his first training session with Philippa yesterday. Philippa asked about what problems and/or changes I would like fixed and then took me through some dog speak and psychology. Although I had been training Reggie since he was 8 weeks old, to sit, lay, etc. he started to get very stubborn and started to choose if he would ignore me or not, at times putting himself in danger by running out the front door and across the road and chasing Kangaroos and he would Bark and Bark at the slightest sound! On our first session, Philippa implemented some of the behaviour changes I had had requested and you could see he started thinking about what he was going to do. Yes, he still had some stubborn moments which Philippa very professionally overcame the problem quickly. Philippa was very knowledgeable pulling out tricks of her own to immediately deal with his behaviour, never once coming in contact, and using her voice with the dog in a gentle manner. Reggie responded so well. I was starting to struggle and now felt encouraged knowing what a great decision it was to have him trained, I can’t wait to see the result. Philippa rang the next day to check how we were going and if we had any questions, which impressed me. Highly recommend Philippa’s service.
