We thought the training session was very informative. Right from the get go Philip had Chelsea under control and showed us what we needed to do to achieve that. Philip talked us through what needed to be done, then he demonstrated the task and then he trained us in training Chelsea. The techniques used are easy to understand and do and there is no mention of food which is good. We were left with some homework to do to help us achieve the outcomes we want to achieve and we truly believe that Chelsea will be a well manned little Westy at the end of it. Consistency is the key to success. Thanks so much Philip for taking the time to come and educate us in the language of doglish! Stay tuned.

Thank you Melissa for this great feedback! As you mentioned Chelsea is a West Highland Terrier and almost 1.5 years old. Super cute! But she did have some behavioral issues. She was toileting overnight in the house and barking at times too. She didn't come when called and ran away when it was time to go to bed! She got under foot in the kitchen (dangerous and did result in dinner, straight out of the oven, being dropped once!) She pulled on the lead too. In the first lesson she started to come when called and walk on a loose lead! We also discuss the night time toilet issue and came up with workable solutions and suggestions. We also created a no go zone in the kitchen without physical barriers. I'm totally confident Chelsea is understanding her humans better now and she will improve on all aspects of her went ways. We are very pleased with the training we received from Jane, Oscar's behaviour has improved immensely.
We have had another animal behaviourist here before and while he was OK, we have had a much better result with Jane.
Jane has only been here twice and he is like a different dog.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jane to anyone.

Dogs responded like I've never seen before. Very pleased. I learnt things that I was previously unaware of which was great. Over all very happy with my first lesson and introduction.

It was wonderful to meet Faith today. Her fantastic advice, kindness and support has helped our Charli to be a quiet and happy dog! It was so reassuring to have Faith's support and use her extensive knowledge to help Charli reach her goals and we saw results straight away!!!! I look forward to doing the exercises daily to help Charli continue to reach her happy and relaxed potential!! Thank you Faith :)

Cannot speak highly enough of Cat. I started with her about 4 years ago with my Alaskan Malamute Miska when we were expecting our 1st baby. Her advice, methods and strategies on making the transition as stress free as possible for Miska were priceless.. Everyone elses advice was "you'll just have to lock your dog outside"...ummm no...We adopted Koby, a 1 yo Amstaff/Engstaff boy who had been left in his backyard to look pretty for the entire 1st yr of his life..again friends and family thought I was mad adopting this type of dog with a toddler in the house..but I could see the amazing companion he would be with consistent and effective training and love..2 months down the track and the results and clear to see..results (action) speak louder than words.. Will post some pics and video and check in so you all can see the results, made possible by Cat..Hats off!! 😆ðŸ˜

After his first lesson, my Kelpie/German Shepard cross, Thor was so much better with his jumping, mouthing and answering the door. Cat took us through step by step with the training and Thor handled it well. Cat was awesome with him.

Lulu the 4 year old Staffy, is a rescue dog who joined her family a few years ago. Her behaviour wasn't great, so her mum called us for help. During their first session we covered jumping, barking, walking on the lead, behaviour around the doors, separation anxiety, sit and stay, and getting Lulu to wait on her bed. Her mum did a fantastic job & we saw immediate improvements in Lulu's behaviour. Looking forward to our next session and seeing this girl continue to improve.

Thank you for your praise! Rocky is a 5 year old male German Shepherd who is lucky to have been adopted by a loving couple just two weeks ago. He's a sweet natured boy. He is however barking too much at the neighbours and their dog behind the fence. This has to stop! He also is dog reactive when it on a walk and sounds aggressive as he barks at passes by. We had a great first lesson today and he responded very well. We also dealt with his crying when separated from his new humans. He's going to be a terrific dog. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Philippa was very helpful and understanding. She quickly understood my concerns and gave me the tools to help overcome them. I am now BAHing a lot but have had a quieter, more relaxed home in the few days since her visit. It's a work in progress but I am confidant we will get there in the end.

Frankie is a 9 month Blue Staffy female who wouldn't come when called. Especially at a dog beach where she would annoy you other dogs by taking their toys and balls and not giving them up! She showed a new level of focus within lesson 1! Great work Frankie!â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
