Peter was great from first contact, promptly calling us in repose to our enquiry and setting up a session for the following day. Turning up on time, he immediately established a rapport with Winston, and took us through the Bark Busters methods, showed us how to use them, and then helped us to use them correctly. By the end of the session it was as though we had a completely different dog! Since the initial visit, and with the continued practice, the issues we were having with Winston are almost gone, making walking a joy and visit from friends and family enjoyable and less stressful on everyone. Stef was amazing with our Silky Terrier Tom. We were having issues with Tom's aggressive behaviour towards other dogs when out walking and his poor door manners. On Stef's first visit she had taught us how to speak to Tom and get him to really listen to us. We couldn't believe we were seeing a difference in the first session! Stef was so patient and caring with Tom, she really took the time to listen to our concerns and teach us how to correct Tom's bad behaviour. Tom has come such a long way and we are so thankful to Stef for helping us.

Emma came to our house for our first session. She was very professional and included the kids into the session. We noticed a huge difference in our 1 year old Siberian husky max with door control, lead control and lots more. With Marley our 10 week old Siberian husky, we started teaching her to use a lead and walk. She also learnt recall and taught how to tell her off properly. We are very excited to see how much more our dogs learn and improve. Emma has been amazing with answering all our questions. Sarah

Ken is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable trainer and was able to correct us in the way that we were training our 10 week old puppy Nala so that she would grow to be a well rounded dog. The corrections he taught us were very simple and two days later Nala is having no issues with understanding what we are trying to communicate to her, thus making her training that much more effective. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely use again.

Steamer is a 5 month old male Hungarian Vizsla. He has stranger anxiety and barks to demand attention from his humans. When he knows you he jumps up on you. If he doesn't know you he cowers away in apprehension and fear. He really needs guidance from his humans to feel secure. At our first lesson he responded really well and his humans told me that when guests came that evening they were able to prevent his jumping up and drop his demanding barking. Thanks Peter for the kind words. Rusty is about 10 months Labrador X staffy (not sure exactly but that's our best guess!) and was rescued after being given up by a large family. They had also adopted him prior. Poor boy having so much change in his first short 10 months of life. He was having trouble with toileting inside the new home and jumping up on the 5 and 10 year old children and the younger one was getting scared by this. He'd only been with Peter for a week when I helped out (really great that Peter sought help immediately before things got too bad). We had a fabulous lesson & Rusty responded extremely well. He a really sweet dog with a calm nature. A great adoption. Now Peter tells me he hasn't peed in the house even once since the lesson a d Peter stopped him jumping on the kids that day well done! â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
