Bark Busters Reviews and Customer Testimonials

28th July 2017 - Glen & Maureen Guelfi

Glen & Maureen dealt with Puppy management

Having Glen come out to teach Felicity and I about what to do and what not to do with a puppy made us feel far more settled. I most enjoyed getting an understanding of the natural methods and why they work so well.

28th July 2017 - Head Office

Head Office dealt with Jumping up, Pulling, Recall

I was extremely happy with Hugh. Wasn't sure how it was going to go, as I didn't want someone who was going to be too aggressive or harsh. Hugh was the furthest from that, he was assertive but very kind and I can see he has a genuine love of dogs. We had an intensive session where he was encouraging but quick to correct me. We plan to catch up again in a couple of weeks, but he assured me that if I want him to return sooner, I only have to call. I'm hoping I can continue with Marvin as he instructed, but know if things aren't on track that there's no issue for me to give him a call.

26th July 2017 - Todd Morris

Todd dealt with Aggression, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling

We really enjoyed the training and we think Finley will thrive with the difference in our new pack!

- S.T, Helensburgh, New South Wales (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Todd
Finley is about 9 months old and is Kelpie cross Coolie female. She had become dog aggressive on walks, and even was lunging at humans too. Inside she had started to wee on the couch overnight regularly too. She would also bark at her humans to get their attention, demanding that they play with her or feed her....NOW! So rude! They loved the lesson and were amazed at how Fin calmed down and how tired she was at the end. She just lay down and dozed. They also learnt how to stop Fin racing to the front door over-excitedly to greet any guests arriving. Fin has a way to go to be a very well behaved dog, but is certainly on the right track now. Daily repetition of #barkbusters lessons and the results will be there. Well done so far Sophie & Aaron.

Training was very thorough and very professional. It was easy to understand and there were clear behavioural changes to Archie.

- D.P, Horsley, New South Wales (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Todd
Archie is a rambunctious 3 year old Groodle male (Golden Retriever cross Poodle) and there was a complaint (anonymous) about barking from a neighbour. So Archie's humans got me in to help. Over the course of the 3 hour lesson they learnt so much about why he was barking. They also learnt how to calm him down, and how to get him to walk on a loose lead (something he had never done before). They saw how good he could be and that his boisterous ways where a symptom of his inner stress. He is young, and so full of beans! Progress will be gradual in gaining real control. However, his humans are loving and dedicated and will keep up our 15-20 minutes a day of simple exercises. I'll be back in a few weeks to further his training. Well done Archie so far!

Simple, effective commands that enabled us to address the issue and show a fantastic behaviour change. Philip is a sophisticated and friendly individual that understands dogs behaviours and how to effectively counteract misbehaviour. Thank you!

- J.D, Dapto, New South Wales (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Todd
Oakley is just 11 months old, and a male Kelpie cross Border Collie cross Curly Coat Golden Retriever. He was hyperactive, nipping them and their clothes, barking and generally not so easy to be with. He was also starting to actually growl at them and was lunging at dogs and people on walks. Altogether getting out of hand. Finally, hew was really harassing their other older dog, Napoloen (Nappy for short) a 10 year old male Maltese who really wasn't enjoying the attention. We showed Oakley's owners how to gain control over him, correct him for annoying Nappy, and generally calm down. Oakley did really well!

26th July 2017 - Catharina Jeffery

Catharina dealt with Aggression, Jumping up, Separation anxiety

We where amazed at how quickly and effectively Cat showed us how to improve Ruby's behaviour. Ruby is a 2 year old Red Heeler dog, who was very dominant and lack direction. Cat explained how to redirect her and enable Ruby to focus on the task at hand. We have had 2 x Red Heelers before so we knew what to expect but Ruby's behaviour was very different. In the space of 10 days Ruby has stopped jumping up, nipping and being aggressive to our 16 year old blind Red Heeler. The change is amazing - we knew she had potential but so far we are thrilled with her improvements. Thanks Cat for doing such a great job both with Ruby & us - look forward to seeing further improvements.

- A.R, Mardella, Western Australia (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Catharina
Ruby is a very smart Red Heeler, she could work out situations and how to push her owners to their limits... When we used good canine communication with her, she could understand what was expected of her and how she could please her family... She had a really great response

Very useful training methods. Although Brutus is a puppy he had noticeable results during training. We as the owners felt more confident and aware of how we present ourselves around Brutus. All very helpful and we can't wait to learn more with Brutus.

23rd July 2017 - Stefanie Budiman

Stefanie dealt with Barking, Jumping up, Recall

The training was clear and introduced a new way of looking at our dog's behaviour and how we deal with the behaviours we wish to reduce. The BARF diet was explained and we are moving across to this way of feeding the dog. He already looks more lean and healthier.

- M.H, Heidelberg Heights, Victoria (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Stefanie
Mycroft is such a independent Shiba Inu with personality quirks! Well done in reducing the excessive barking and other unwanted misbehaviors! Keep up the great work!

22nd July 2017 - Head Office

Head Office dealt with Barking, Digging, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling, Puppy management, Recall, Sibling rivalry

Our two beagle puppies were very poorly behaved, in particular one of them had a barking issue so bad we couldn't leave him home alone. During our first session Jane helped us correct this and we haven't had a problem since. Jane has also helped with many of the other less desirable habits our two pups had formed and as a result of the bark busters training method, we now have much calmer, more affectionate and obedient dogs.

21st July 2017 - Peter Adamow

Peter dealt with Barking, Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling, Other

The training from Peter for both ourselves and Tommy was amazing. Results were instantly visible and we came away with the knowledge and tools needed to be able to continue to train and work with our dog.

- S.K, Mount Annan, New South Wales (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Peter
Thanks Simon , Tommy is an active happy Pug , like many Pugs they love life , but Tommy was barking and scratching at the door , running around the house and jumping on the children. Tommy just had to learn these activities were not acceptable in the home . After 2.5 hrs Tommy got the message and the new rules. Now everyone is happier and the consistency from Simon and his Family will maintain Tommy as a good boy and great family member

21st July 2017 - Peter Adamow

Peter dealt with Pulling, Recall

So much great info from Peter ! He explained everything in ways that both made sense, and didn't make us feel like idiots. We had immidiate results from the training tips we received - especially with Leo's restraint for going for toys (he is obsessed with them!). Still some work to do with our recall - but already far better than he was originally.

- K.S, Blaxland, New South Wales (Testimonial)

Trainer note from Peter
Leo is a big handsome German Shepherd who is a real softy deep down. Loves to play but just needed to know when to listen. Now he has learnt new communication from his owner and both can work together. Great work Kait. Your commitment helps Leo in a big way
