Ken is a fantastic trainer! He gave us great advice with relieving the anxiety of our dog Suki. After following his useful tips, Suki is a much more calmer and happier puppy.

Stefanie was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and no question was a silly question to her. Her techniques worked and she was always available if we had any questions.

Amazing, I have a 10 month old Doberman and she ruled the house, greeted everyone (far too over excitedly, jumping not knowing how big or strong she is). I love my dog but she was stopping me inviting people over because she was just a bit too crazy and if I separated her from us she would cry the entire time. In only 2 short weeks I have reclaimed my house and have gained a respectful dog who knows her place! She no longer goes on the sofa, she doesn't knock me out when I open the door, she lets people in, she does my bark over the top (I still want her to bark a little and protect the house), she has now had over 45 minutes in the house separated from us without crying. We have just had lesson 2 and will be practicing walking on a lead (walking not being pulled to run or pulling my arm off!) So lots more practice ahead. Don't get me wrong I still have a playful fun pup who will push her luck if I let her but I have the knowledge to guide the behaviours now. I think Jasmine has worked as hard as me but it's only been 2 weeks and had such results already. So much so I am having my daughter's birthday party at the house, that's going to be the real test! Thanks Kelly I can now enjoy our crazy puppy dog.

First day of training I was very nervous but Philip soon put me at ease,he was very kind and patient. He was wonderful with Molly and she responed very well.I was amazed at how much change I saw in her by the end of the lesson.

Angela was really great at helping us with Ella. Learning the "bah" technique in particular has been so helpful with reducing Ella's barking. Angela was really great with Ella, and you could tell instantly that she knew what she was talking about, and delivered the information in an easy to understand manner, and also explained why we were doing the things that she was teaching us. We are still working on Ella's behaviour, including her pulling and barking at other dogs whilst on lead, but I feel confident that she will continue to improve based on the techniques that Angela taught us. Angela is really friendly and lovely to work with!

Having unsuccessfully used another trainer for a 'one-off' session to solve our problems, we were rather skeptical about what Bark Busters could do in 2-3 hours. I can honestly say its changed our life. From being stressed to leave our dog because we knew he would bark and our neighbours would complain, to being able to calmly and positively go out, was an amazing turn-around in one day. Everything was explained to us in a way that made sense to us, and also why it was better for Samson too. I have already been recommending Grace Parr to our friends in the same or similar situations.

Stefanie has been absolutely fantastic. She has been committed to spending as much time with us and Buckley that we have needed. This has lead to a lot of progress, including a reduction in barking, better walking on the lead and a general increased responsiveness. The strategies that Stefanie has taught us, in our home, in the backyard and out the front of our house, are very manageable for the 'everyday' person. Her wealth of knowledge is very impressive. We would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Catharina is a great trainer, makes it easy! She was excellent. Went through everything we needed it to cover and also gave us good advice.

Philip's training was spot on for our dogs. We saw instant results as we faced issues around sibling rivalry which we didnt realise has been such an issue with them but definately is. We have now become aware of a great deal and can confidently say we are much more educated and equiped to handling our dogs. As we seperated the dogs and trained them seperately we noticed their behaviours. Ivy cried non stop as she was alone and not used to this. We were easily able to stop the crying and whinging which I compared simply to magic as I never thought this was possible prior to Philip's introduction. Our dogs were constantly jumping, pulling on the lead during walks, barging at the door whenever we tried to get in and out and the main reason for us seeking help... a couple of vicious (not to mention nerve wrecking) fights over food. We feel a lot more confident that their behaviours have changed for the best but like anything it is a work in progress and we know we will see excellent results in the near future.

We are very happy with what we have learnt so far; Hugh trained us as a family 'pack' and involved my 11 year old boys which was important to them. Pepper responded well from the first instruction and we are thrilled to be able to take her on walks and be complemented on our well behaved puppy!
