Both dogs are noticeably quieter after session. I didn't want to use treats as rewards and Bark Busters techniques give better results. I enjoy doing the training with my dogs and I can't wait to be able to take them out for walks again.

My husband and I have a 9 week old Harlequin Great Dane puppy named "Nanook" and for the past 4 days I have not been able to leave the house - worried about leaving her alone, she would cry and scratch at the door. (separation anxiety) And when playing she would nip at both my husband and I, making play time not as enjoyable as it could be. The training provided by Glen has been invaluable. Our girl Zoe had problems with barking at people while out on walks, at the vet and anyone who came to the house. Within minutes of arriving, Glen had stopped her barking! After explaining the pack mentality and the techniques to use, it all became a lot clearer. Zoe was also a lead puller. After walking us through the techniques to use we had Zoe behaving beautifully. Subsequent daily training sessions have gone really well. The true test was having visitors which we did on day 3. Georgie is already like a different dog. She is calmer and more attentive. The techniques we learned from Faith have made us feel confident and believe that we can succeed. Our bond with Georgie has been strengthened. We've tried others, Faith's training is the best.

Brodie and Sami were different dogs after the first lesson. They used to be uncontrollable on the leads and barked non stop. Now both are passive and walk calmly next to me. Their general back yard barking has dropped about 90% instantly

We have two beautiful Pomeranians. George is the eldest, and doesn't have an behavioural issues. However, Daphne who is just over 1 has proven to be quite challenging. We have tried barking collars, and other trainers and nothing seemed to work. I appreciate Ken's gentle approach, my pups are like my children, and they're very little. So rough training doesn't suit them or me. After the first session I saw incredible improvements. There were further improvements after the second session. I feel relieved to know that Ken offers a life time guarantee. He contacts me regularly to find out how Daphne is. He explains his techniques, and "trains" my husband and I. I would recommend Ken to anyone needing assistance. After Ken's first visit Daphne was toilet trained (14 months of failing), and funnily enough toilet training was the one issue she said he could not guarantee. Well, she's finally toilet trained. Her barking as improved immensely, and I feel comfort in knowing I can see him again, and again if need be.
