I rang Neil soon after I finished Puppy Preschool with my Labrador puppy Zara. Zara was jumping over our visitors, digging, bowling me and my toddler over and just not listening. She was just so excited and energetic. Neil has helped me with easy and realistic training techniques which just work. Zara now doesn't jump on our visitors and is so much better behaved. I have had to put the training practice in but it works so why wouldn't I do it! I recently rang Neil for a follow up as I am having trouble walking Zara on the lead. He was more than happy to help and again provided easy to do training techniques to help me teach Zara what is expected when we walk on the lead. I have hope that one day I will be able to walk with her off lead. Thank you Neil for all your help! You really have been put on this Earth to do what you do! I would recommend this service to anyone who is having problems with their dog, big or small!

Phillip was an excellent trainer, he was happy to spend as much time as we needed to ensure we had a grasp on the training exercises with our dogs. Phillip was very easy to talk to and was open to all our questions. The bark busters methods were simple but we could see them working immediately- obviously our dogs understood the bark busters language!

Faith was wonderful, showing me that I was half the problem. I was amazed how quickly Koko responded. It was an eye opener to see my dog respond.

Angela is brilliant. She sat with us and found out the issues we were having with our four legged friend and gave us clear, easy to understand instructions on how to overcome the issues. Fred is 10 years of age and we honestly thought he was set in his ways but Angela taught us that you can teach an old pooch new tricks. He is completely changed, and all for the better. We were very impressed with the simple but effective training techniques. Chester is already responding positively only after a couple of sessions. Brian was very helpful and friendly and has given us the tools we need to get our little puppy to turn into a well behaved adult dog.
