We found John's training to be excellent. He is patience and takes the time to explain not only how to do it but the reasoning why. We found the techniques that he showed us to be effective and we can see the changes in our dogs behavior. After putting up with the bad behavior of our four legged friend for so long it is a relief that we now know how to deal with issues and believe that we will have a much better relationship with our dog which in turn has made our dog happier as well. John has been prompt and reliable on his visits and always re-instating that if we have any issues that we should contact him directly so he can help us.

Excellent throughout. I was very anxious when I first made contact, and I was very grateful that Martin could accommodate me so soon. As soon as he arrived his attitude made me feel confident that he clearly knew what he was doing. He explained how the training worked clearly and I learnt a number of things I had never heard before. His training techniques worked immediately and he listened to the problems I wanted addressed and acted on these problems. I enjoyed his attitude throughout and he always explained why techniques worked and why other techniques would not. When I made errors he explained why what I had done had not worked and showed me the correct way. I think the single biggest outcome and the most important thing Martin has taught me is how to be the 'top dog' in the household. I have used the technique he showed me to achieve this with other problems, and Sunny's general obedience has improved considerably. I'm looking forward to the next session just because there was so much for me to relearn.

The training was great! We had a mild case of sibling rivalry which occured out of the blue approx 1 year after we bought Nina into the family. One of my girls (Cali) who is to smart, doninant and big for her own good would attack the weaker one in my presence and we had no idea how to stop this other than physically which was dangerous for us all aswell as difficult with Cali beinng 40kgs! Once Peter showed us our to take charge, be the leader and communicate with the girls, it was amazing how quickley things changed! We had a few very small fights following Peters departure but were able to break these up with ease, since then not one fight, theu are now best of friends and you cannot separate the 2 - they are constantly playing and wrestling with each other! Peter also showed us how to walk Cali and she is a puller! As soon as Peter picked up the lead she listened and walked perfectly! I could not believe my eyes! Nina is very scared snd nervous of new people, especially males so Peter worked as closely as possible wih her and i used his walking methods to which she followed - i am now working on walking them together which is a little difficult but because they are so inseperable i cannot leave one in the back yard without them trying to jump and knock down our fence to join in - and i am still trying to make progress in lead control when they see other dogs or cats - slowly but surely we will get there ! All in all i am so glad i contacted Peter as i was beginning to think i would have to separate them! Gladly they are now best friends!

Our trainer Phillip Comans was excellent. He explained everything very well and was patient with us as this was all new for us as well as for Dino. He was punctual even though he travelled to our home from a distance. He was polite and very professional and knowledgable. His instruction even though it was only our first lesson was immediately effective and the ongoing practice that we are doing each day is working very well. Instant results, rewarding experience for both dog and person. Experienced, informative and fantastic training style for my puppy. Well rounded information on diet, behaviours, whys & hows with dog management. Could not of got a better Trainer and/or program. So very happy that the Trainer could come into our home, it was more of a relaxed and tailored session to me and my puppys needs. Miracles happen ! As I sit here, there is tranquil peace and quiet, which is very unusual. Even with the dogs yapping next door, Molly is not responding. No barking at dragonflies either ! No toilet issues around the pool. It is like we have a different dog, so thank you so much, John.
