Grant was extremely professional and friendly and we are very happy with the results so far. The follow up appointment was important as it reinforced a few points for us. Happy home with very happy relaxed dogs, visitors have commented how calm they are.

My dogs went from barking uncontrollable little pests to obedient dogs from day one. I know there is still room for improvement but I am happy with them just as they are. Friends can visit without being barked at all the time.
