We can't recommend Rick highly enough. He was amazing.
We had an issue with introducing an excitable Boxer with a small puppy and were so worried about the puppy getting hurt.
Within an hour of being shown how to introduce them and how to manage the older dog, they were later that day laying together, walking around like life long mates.
He also taught us how to walk the Boxer so we are in control and not being pulled. Well worth the money paid and would recommend him to anyone who is having problems with behaviour or just want a well trained dog.

RIC was verry professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the process thoroughly and worked with both of our dogs. The results were fantastic. With noticeable improvements in the first session. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their relationship with their dogs.

From first contact to our first session with Richard Kennedy, it was very comforting to have such empathy and understanding. Can't believe the transformation already after the first session. It's like our Tessa was waiting for us to step up. I was crying after following our trainer's directions and seeing our girl respond like she knew what she had to do. Ric was very good with Eden. Ric showed our family a number of techniques to use, when training Eden, to be calm when there are visitors and how to keep Eden walking beside you.
We discussed our concerns where Ric explained and showed us how to improve Eden's behaviour.
Eden still has a way to go but her behaviour after only one session has improved greatly

Ric was very patient with both Beau and myself, his sharing of his knowledge and why the program was set out the way it is was very helpful. With Ric correcting us both throughout the lesson found it helpful not to create bad habits. With doing the exercises I'm feeling more confident and Beau is responding very well

Very impressed with Ric, had Poppet under control as soon as he walked in the door. Very intense first session and very knowledgeable about handling dogs. Walking was a huge struggle with constant pulling if other dogs/people around, one session with Ric and walking is actually a joy.

Ric was amazing. Very knowledgeable and skilled. He taught Billie and us so much in one lesson, hence we are continuing on for the whole course. Such an easy way to get good results with no harsh treatment or feeding goodies all the time. So happy with his service. Now we practice what we have learned.
