Glen & Maureen dealt with Barking, Chewing, Digging, Jumping up, Puppy management, Recall, Toileting

Maureen spent around 3 hours addressing all the problems/needs we had regarding our puppy George. As soon as we all sat down at table to discuss George's behavior he jumped up onto table and Maureen straight away give us techniques to address this. His response was instant and in the days following i was consistent in following her advice and here we are 4 days later George doesn't even go near the table anymore. We also haven't had any accidents in the house either. He also has improved beyond what i expected in such a short time with his many unacceptable behaviors. I am over the moon with the instant results and will definitely keep it up as i am now enjoying the time i spend with George. He also is much more relaxed than he was last week. I couldn't at this stage be more happier.

We are so grateful to have found Bark Busters! Our 9 year old girl, Bonnie, has been struggling with separation anxiety for most of her life with us. She has always been a constant barker and is always waiting to eat our dinner at the table, begging for her bit. We had Maureen come to see us 2 days ago, and we have already seen MAJOR improvements with Bonnie! She has so much knowledge and is a fantastic trainer. We have learnt so much from her from just one session - if only we found her sooner! Maureen has honestly made our Bonnie a much happier and well-behaved girl. Glen is a absoulute dog whisperer! We couldnt believe how in one session Blaze responded so well to the training and commands- he was like a completely different dog. This being Blazes second time around after a very negative experience with another company I was skeptical. Glen was patient and no question was a stupid question. He took the time to get to know Blaze and what we are wanting to achieve and personalise a plan just for him. Blaze is not the only one that learnt something today the whole family did from the information Glen presented. We are looking very much forward to our next session, the meet ups and all that will come in between. I was reluctant to have Max trained as I thought it would be stressful for him but his barking was out of control, as soon as I met Glen, I knew Max would be ok. Glen was very informative but most of all Max was ok. The most important thing is I can contact Glen if I have any problems. Small steps, Max is nine but after only two days he is learning to control his barking which was my greatest worry. I’m so glad I took the step to call Glen.

18th April 2024 - Glen & Maureen Guelfi

3 weeks post our initial lesson with Glen, we’ve noticed a big change in our 2 babies. Adopted from the shelter and already bonded, our 2 dogs were aggressive to other dogs and we had to avoid walking at certain times and always be aware of what was going on in the distance. 3 weeks later, our anxious boy now lays down when he sees another dog out, and we know how to get his attention if he gets too distracted. He’s still learning but much more enjoyable to take out in public. Our confident girl has taken to the lessons like a pro. Knowing exactly what we want of her, and eager to please us. I look forward to the ongoing group lessons and hopefully one day being able to introduce our dogs to other dogs. Even my family have commented on the much more calm behaviours at home.

I can't thank Glen enough for his help with training my 11 month old Aussie Shepherd puppy, Charlie. Within minutes of Glen arriving, Charlie was showing changes in behaviour. Glen explained how to address Charlie's hyperactivity, reactivity, pulling on the lead during walks, and chewing. It was clear that Glen is incredibly knowledgeable and he helped me see Charlie's behaviours under a new lens. The methods he helped me implement have honestly been incredible. I was amazed at how quickly Charlie responded to the training and how much more relaxed he is. Glen has been over since for a follow up, and I couldn't be happier or more grateful!
