Glen from Bark Busters was warm & friendly, and took instant control of our German Shepherd ‘Knoxy’ who was frankly in control of us. We learnt in minutes techniques to direct our dog to be submissive and obedient. Glen put the control back in our hands and never once made us feel like we were the problem, when in fact we taught our dog the bad problems. I would highly recommend Bark Busters to anyone who wants a better behaved and obedient pet. This has been the best birthday gift I’ve ever had. Amazing! We were at a loss as to how to address some behavioural issues displayed by Charlie and weren't sure how/ if they could be addressed. Glen came and within two and a half hours we could see a dramatic shift in the way Charlie responded to not only commands, but just general behaviour. It was a great learning not only how to communicate effectively with Charlie, but the basis as to how to communicate. Highly recommend Glen and the Barkbuster approach to training!!!

We are very grateful for the help that Glen has given us. He has been very clear with us and gentle and respectful with our 7-month-old Labrador Retriever. The training he provided us is simple to apply but of course it requires consistency. After 4 days of receiving Glen we can already say that we see differences in our dog's behavior. We definitely recommend his services and can't wait to see Glen again in 3 weeks to evaluate the progress in Murphy's behavior with him. Needless to say, Glen's help was retraining for us, to be able to guide our dog in the best way. Glen not only motivates people but brings information in a simple way. It was worth every dollar. Bark Busters have been wonderful in helping us with our 3-year-old Jack Russell, Scout. We were having lots of problems with barking at home at the neighbours dogs, when my kids were splashing in the pool and lots of other noises from outside. After our initial visit from Maureen, we noticed improvements in the first few days. 6 weeks later and Scout has shown massive improvement. He is now more relaxed as we are using the techniques Maureen has shown us and it’s made it more peaceful around our home. Scout had also been pulling lots on the lead but is now walking calmly by our side. We used the skills Maureen had shown us and also attended the park session with Glenn.
