Loved the session!! I was amazed. Within five minutes, Glen had Macci complicit in simple tasks such as sitting and not jumping up, while at the same time Macci was still wanting to be "friends" with Glen.

Very easy to understand, simple language and use of examples. Spaniard was so calm and obedient. Definitely gave us the tools to practice at home. Very enjoyable, not judgmental and was very interesting and supportive. We loved the flexibility of having the lesson on a weekend day.
