We were desperate. Our little 11 week old Trixie was really testing us and unfortunately there is so much conflicting information out there and it seemed that not much was working. What I had used previously with my puppies, just wasn't working and I was feeling really helpless. In our first lesson we learnt how to modify some basic things and instantly we saw results. We still have quite a long way to go, but I feel more hopeful now that I can call on someone to guide me through the process.

The methods she taught my partner and I provided an outlet for me and my puppy to communicate with and lessen stress. Kristie was great. We have a young daughter so fitting in time was challenging, but she worked within our time frame. And even worked around our baby during the lesson. One of our fears was our dog would lose her sweetness/affection during this process. But Kristie was excellent at alleviating our fears, explaining all the techniques and she was a caring dog trainer/owner herself, which really showed.
