I recently had Kristie come over to help with my 13-week-old Samoyed puppy, Benji. We were dealing with all the usual puppy issues - jumping, barking, nipping, crate training, you name it. I realised I needed a professional to ensure I was training him right for the future. Kristie was incredibly professional, kind, and approachable. You can instantly tell that she’s not only highly knowledgeable about dogs but also genuinely passionate about what she does. Within just 20 minutes of her being in the house, I noticed a drastic improvement in Benji’s behaviour. Throughout the session, Kristie walked me through every step, showing me practical solutions to each problem I had. No matter what I asked, she had a clear, helpful answer. If you're looking for someone to help you train your puppy the right way, I highly recommend Kristie.
