We’ve only had one session so far, but having Michelle come out has made a huge difference — to Lucy, our one year old German Shepherd, and to us. She immediately understood what was going on and gave us clear, practical advice without overwhelming us. For the first time, we felt like someone really got what we were dealing with.
Lucy can be full-on — energetic, strong-willed, and at times completely out of control. Michelle didn’t judge us or make us feel like we were doing things wrong — she just calmly showed us what to do and explained why it works.
Even after that first visit, we noticed a real change in Lucy’s behaviour. It’s early days, but we finally feel like we’re on the right track.

I found MICHELLE a good communicator prior to the lesson and punctual.
also explained everything really well so that myself and Tigger understood the goals which I’m still rehearsing with Going forward to great results with Tigger.

Michelle was wonderful. She knew exactly what she was talking about and helped us with the issues we were having with our dog. It has been a week since lesson 1 and our dog has made massive improvements already

You were amazing. Seeing the amount of control you were able to establish over our dogs within the first 30 minutes was mind blowing. I have been implementing the instruction you provided and I can already see the difference in the dogs. We are really looking forward to seeing all of the positive changes for them as time goes on. Really helpful with understanding the power dynamic that was leading to unwanted behaviours. Even in only a few days we've noticed a huge difference in the respect our dog shows us, we were hesitant at first but understand now it's just speaking in a language he understands

Very happy with our progress so far -our dog has better toilet control, has reduced dog aggression and listens to us more. Happy to continue with our homework to progress Wilbur and our connection going forward. We have always felt lucky to have Wilbur and now it's a relief to be able to communicate with him in a way that gets the results we were looking for. We had tried other methods but just found ourselves becoming frustrated.

I could not be happier with the training provided for our dog Teddy by Michelle. Right from our first phone conversation she was understanding, empathetic and supportive about the issues we were having with Teddy. Her communication skills are fantastic and I felt very prepared for our first session together. I was amazed at Michelle's dog knowledge and training skills and she explained all aspects of the training so well, which meant I always understood why we were doing things. Our dog responded so well to her and we could see instantly how effective the training was going to be. She left us with clear training goals to work on over the next week, with assurances that we could contact her if we were having any issues before our next session. We're only a few days into our training and we're already noticing a big change in Teddy. He is so much calmer and responsive to our communication with him. We can't wait to continue our training with Michelle, so that we can have a calm and happy dog who adds happiness to our family without the stress. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who needs training assistance with their dog!

Michelle is a brilliant dog trainer and teacher
She has expertly understood our dogs characters and taught how to change their behaviours as a result
I am in awe of what I have learnt about my dogs
The training to achieve and fix problematic behaviour is explained and taught excellently
It’s really very simple and requires consistency and a little homework on your part
My digs are becoming so well behaved
I’m feeling so much happier and a sense of freedom
And I am enjoying my digs a lot more

Michelle is brilliant! She was very conscious in delivering the training in a way we could understand and helped us to put a plan in place over the next few weeks to practice until the next visit. We will be recommending Michelle to all our friends and maybe even random strangers we meet on doggy walks!
