Michelle came to my rescue when my 7 month old miniature dachshund puppy was struggling with terrible separation anxiety. We were in a bad place, Winston would howl the house down 8 hours a day. My little puppy was hysterical and I was sick with worry. Michelle was so kind and supportive, no judgement. She made me feel at ease and even went to speak to my upset neighbours. After the first session, I saw real improvement, I would not have thought it was possible to stop the barking so quickly. It was such a huge relief. The training sessions were really informative and helped me build a stronger bond with my puppy. Fast forward two months and I’ve adopted Willie, a second dachshund pup. Michelle was there to help me introduce the boys and give advice on managing two puppies. I’m so pleased with the results, I have two happy little pups that are learning new tricks every day. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is trying to deal with separation anxiety, this problem doesn’t just go away. The right training is essential to resolving the problem and Michelle knows exactly how it’s done!

Michelle has been wonderful. When we reached out to her it was getting to the point that we did not know what to do. We had a very reactive dog to other dogs and any perceived threat. It meant that we couldn't walk our dog easily and if we met other dogs on the walk it was an unpleasant event for all as he is a large dog. No one else in the family could take him for a walk and so our family dog was "my dog". Trainers could see the "what" he as doing but as he was a rescue dog we didn't know the underlying cause. Michelle made a huge difference straight away and showed us "why" he was doing this and "how" to change that. It was a big change for the dog, but more importantly us, how we interacted with the dog at home which showed the foundation for everything else. The pack (us and the dog) had to change. On the first walk exercise my wife and daughter had the dog and had to interact with two very aggressive small dogs. Michelle helped them keep control of the situation without any issues. Without Michelle's help that situation would have been a disaster. I wish we had found Michelle earlier, it would have saved a lot of time, money and anguish. Don't give up, get Michelle.

My family & I were desperate for intervention. My Partner & his Staffy Tonka moved in with our Staffy Kermit & our Staffy X Chihuahua Kaia. Kermit had become unmanageable and the tension in our home was constant. Kermit was aggressive to other dogs and showed no respect to humans. Prior to meeting Michelle we weren’t convinced anyone could help us but to her credit we’ve been given clear direction and the proper tools to teach our dogs to live in harmony. Our dogs didn’t view us humans as the pack leaders. It’s tough hearing the truth and it wasn’t easy at first but the improvements in our dog's behaviour has been worth it. Michelle is amazing! She did such a great job explaining everything in detail and why certain things are done. Michelle is knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic in understanding how it can be difficult going through the process with our dog/s but was able to explain why and what was happening as we progressed. We saw lots of progress in the first lesson, and in fact, you can teach old dogs new tricks (with persistence!). We are looking forward to continuing to work with Michelle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Michelle is absolutely brilliant! She is a very knowledgeable trainer but also incredibly compassionate and empathetic. I have two 4 yr old toy poodles (litter sisters) who are our babies. Michelle understood how difficult it was to be strict with them but explained what and why for every part of the training. She empathised with me that it was difficult but reassured me that this was what is best for the dogs and what they need to feel safe and secure and allow me to be the alpha in the pack. The difference in the girls after just one session is phenomenal. They have significantly reduced their barking, they are eating their food without fuss, they are waiting for me to go through a door and then wait until I give them permission to go through the door, they are barely jumping up on us - I truly cannot believe Michelle achieved all of this in our first session!! I cannot wait for our next session to refine our skills even more. When I went through my list of problems I didn't really believe that we would get them all resolved but after just one session I am confident that the girls will be behaving (and me doing the right thing as the alpha) in no time at all! Thanks Michelle for making such a difference to our whole family. Bernadette, Julian, Lucy and Charlie (and kids and neighbours and everyone else who loves the girls but were becoming less tolerant of their misbehaving!)

Great information provided that made sense as to how and why these techniques are being used in the training. I have already seen some improvements in the dog's behaviours which makes us happy and makes the dogs happy too. Tiring but it is enjoyable training the dogs and spending time with them more.
