Kelly was reccomended to us by multiple people, and multiple people were absolutely right. She gave us so much information; from experience, research and such a well rounded knowledge I immediately felt reassured. Kelly gave us a specialised training plan and reassured us our Daschund can be trained! In even 5 days since, our pup has improved MARKEDLY in all the areas of concerns.

Working through most of what Stephan taught me has really helped. Some things are taking some time but I’m very happy with the progress so far.

Our first training session with Laura was really good and has provided us with lots of techniques to work with to train our puppy. We've seen improvements already, and are looking forward to continuing the process with Laura for a great result.

We called Bark Busters after a crisis with Murphy, where his separation anxiety reached new levels, and he barked for hours seeking attention, then escaped into our neighbours yard and caused them stress and some vehicle damage. Faced with expense to fortify our yard and detail their car, we decided it was time to address Murphy’s anxiety, and rather than fortify his home to make a prison, we decided to pay Bark Busters to help address his separation anxiety. After the first training session, we now understand how to communicate with Murphy and we have the tools and an approach, and are beginning to see results.

Requested help from Ken to assist us with gaining more control over our pups. One is 15 years and one is 22 months. We now feel like our home is much happier environment.

Martin was great. Explained the techniques and instructions clearly. Maggie responded well and I could see improvements after our first session. All the equipment needed is also provided which is a huge plus. We are doing daily training and we look forward to the second session.

Molly is a Sharpei x Kelpie we have had her with a different training group and whilst they were great and we learnt so much , Molly is a clever dog but very stubborn . I could not get her barking and lunging under control . Barkbusters were recommended to me and out of desperation I rang and spoke with Sue . I explained her problems and she assured me that I would see a vast improvement in 1 session with their trainer Glen . I was very unsure but decided to give Glen a go . I am absolutely overwhelmed , we have only had one session and the difference in Molly is unbelievable , my husband and myself are in disbelief . Not only is she a much calmer dog she is no longer lunging at other dogs and her barking is kept to a minimal . Glen also discussed her diet with us and we have changed her over to the B.A.R.F diet which has contributed to her not being so hyperactive and being a much calmer dog . We cant thank Glen enough for helping us .

We've always had dogs. While they haven't all been angels, they have all been fairly well behaved. So while we weren't totally inexperienced when it came to dogs, adopting George, an 11 year old with a sketchy past, revealed that we were ill prepared to address a more pronounced behavioural issue. We reached out to Callum from Bark Busters for help. It was evident (annoyingly so!) from the first visit, that Callum seemed able to communicate so much more effectively with George than us, and despite trying our best to follow his lead, the 'magic' definitely didn't just instantly rub off. There was no easy fix scenario and we saw very little progress outside of the lesson. We were sure that we would be one of those owners that just never did "get it"!. However Callum was patient and encouraging. His diagnosis of George's personality and motivations was enlightening, together with the training that we desperately needed as to how OUR behaviour was being interpreted by George. The whole process was constructive. Instead of asking us to repeat the same activities for which we seemed to gain little traction, Callum was always able to create a slightly different pathway to the same outcome. It meant that instead of spinning our wheels, after each visit we were left with renewed confidence and excitement. Today we had our third visit. While there is still much work to do, we understand our boy's personality and behaviour so much more clearly now, and feel confident that we have a toolkit of actions and activities that have already started to show progress, even AFTER Callum has left. We were so excited to provide our older boy with a happy, relaxed and safe home. Now, for the first time since adopting George 5 months ago, with Callum's ongoing support and patience, we feel like this is very doable.
