When Glen arrived, I could already see he knew what he was doing Bob changed his hole behaviour and was listening to him. Everything he explained to do with bob worked and he was a whole different dog, no jumping and he was relaxed it was amazing to see.

Ken was amazing! we got Ken for our first dog and now for the second one! we are forever thankful to him. We still need to teach and practise them some more - but did get instant results. If we get another dog, we would have Ken back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much

Our young Staffy x was very excitable & difficult to walk close to other dogs, she also liked to jump up when we entered the house. Glen was great with Maggie & us explaining & showing us how to teach Maggie to calm down & listen. The water bottle only needed to be used once for Maggie to understand not to leap in greeting until invited. Maggie continues to make pleading progress.

Right from the beginning, there was such an immediate change in her once Michelle started working with her and showing her that she isn't boss of house/family security.

Absolutely thrilled so far with the training provided by Kelly McClelland (Bark Busters) for our 12 month old Frenchie. While we didn’t have major problems we could see dominance patterns emerging and wanted to nip things in the bud quickly before we ended up with an aggression problem. After our time with Kelly we were able to understand how some of our behaviours contributed to Suki’s dominance. We have had immediate gains with recall and barking after only one lesson and look forward to further improvement as we implement daily practice and see Kelly again for further training in a few weeks time. Fantastic service, Kelly was excellent with her knowledge and communication. Adapted the training to our needs as a family. Remarkable results from session 1! Our dog has gone from pulling on lead and extreme stress around other dogs while walking to staying calm and needing no diversions or treats as we pass. Also helped very quickly and effectively with her jumping behaviour. Thanks very much!
